Michael Knight, his experience testifies to Jesus Christ, He lives, his testimony strengthened mine. Thank you very much for teaching me through his example. I'm from Brazil, watching his testimony taught me that I need to do more and think like Christ.
Glad that you found your way back to our family. I say back because I believe we were once a family in heaven and finding these truths as you have brings us back together. I love you brother, thank you for sharing your testimony.

To preach Repentance and Remission of sins among All nations
Luke 24:47 KJV
and that [repentance] and [remission of sins] should be [preached] in his name among [all nations,] beginning at Jerusalem.
- Sincere turn from (continual) sin or (willful) sin or (All) shall perish
Luke 13:3 KJV
I tell you, [Nay:] but, except [ye repent,] ye shall [all] [likewise] [perish.]
- Believe for your faith will save you, for believing leads to (pardon of sins) to not (die) in (sin)
John 8:24 KJV
I said therefore unto you, that [ye shall die] in your sins: for [if ye believe not] that I am he, ye shall [die] in your [sins.]
- Receive forgiveness of sins when we are converted, + multiple ways for remission of sins, (pardon of sins)

I know because of my own personal experiences that he knows us intimately and so personally. He knows our hearts and desires and that is testament to who he is and what his character is. What is the gospel? He didn’t say, he said he found the ‘church’. How did he come to know Jesus is the Christ? Jesus Christ - the annointed King who saves us from our sin and God’s wrath, Christ, chosen by God.
The easy answer to your question is to find out the gospel that the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS teaches.
Google can help with that.
You'll also see numerous verses in the Book of Mormon describing the gospel.
Alma 33:22 If so, wo shall come upon you; but if not so, then cast about your eyes and begin to believe in the Son of God, that he will come to redeem his people, and that he shall suffer and die to atone for their sins; and that he shall rise again from the dead, which shall bring to pass the resurrection, that all men shall stand before him, to be judged at the last and judgment day, according to their works.
