Thank you. May Dr. Carter R.I.P. I wish there were more men and women of his calibre helping out in our world. (And certainly there are!) He is a shining Light.
He will be missed! I remember him as little girl growing up right on 24th and Burleigh . I remember his wife as well she proceeded him in transition. Rise In Power Dr.Carter 💫💫💫🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
I lived on 24th and Burleigh during the 67 & 68 difficulties. I used to Patronize his drug store and remember him very well. 😪 sorry to hear of his passing and condolences to his family. Valuable loss to Milwaukee's communities.
Wouldn't need to have been black owned if there was not so much discrimination when he became a pharmacist. I guess the black community that he served was just supposed to not get prescriptions filled. Do you have a problem with Latin, Asian and Indian owned businesses too?
Thank you. May Dr. Carter

Hopefully the new owners will be a little more diverse, black owned is a problem.
Black Owned Aint Your The Problem Wouldn't Be Like That If Us Blacks Have The Same Opportunites Like Whites!!!
