Prussia was not hungarian but german :)
It actually never belonged to Hungary and Hungary was never a part of it. It was a german state from 1525 to 1947 until it got dissolved.
Hungary and Austria were the Austro-Hungarian Empire but many nationalities and cultures lived together inside the empire, which caused many troubles and most people inside the empire weren’t happy about living there.

Well, this is modern history. Ancient history was till the fall of the Roman Empire in 476. Then they had the German-Roman Empire later and so on.
