Не было в Кире этой дешевой показухи, и желания всем нравиться ради наград. Она выбирала музыку, одежду, постановки не для того чтобы угодить судьям, но чтобы выразить саму себя. Это мне в ней очень нравиться. Царствие Небесное тебе Кира и твоему не рождённому Малышу, которого ты так хотела, а также твоей несчастной сестре и твоей любимой бабушке, которую ты так любила. Кира ты лучшая навсегда!!!

She skated this programme cleanly and very well at the Europeans that year, she put more effort into the choreography/expression there than at the Olympics.

One of the best examples ever of a skater who was fine in the figures but did not have nearly the same quality in her freeskating. Looking back, it's pretty amazing she even managed to win an Olympic medal (bronze in '84). But the saddest part of her story is its ending. God rest the soul of this poor woman.
Yea but her long program was a disgrace. Those marks in the 4s that she got is about what she deserved. On the other had, she looked totally deflated at the Olympics...
