- If the god of the Quran "Allah" is "all-knowing", then why did he not define the trinity accurately? In multiple places in the Quran, Allah fallaciously assumes that God the Father needed a wife in order to physically procreate an offspring (i.e. Jesus) - See Surah 72:3, 2:116, Surah 112:3, and Surah 6:101. This is not only blasphemous according to the Bible but also proves the Quran is false.

I had a pleasant conversation with a Muslim woman who had some questions about the trinity.
I decided to upload this video because I believe our conversation could benefit and help other Muslims as well.
Obviously, this is not a full explanation on the triune nature of God. In real life conversations, each person can only share and express so much.

Sura 6:101 nailed the Allah HOW CAN HE HAVE SON WHEN HE HAS NO SAHIBA? If Allah was real God he would not say such things bc he says, "Be and there it is" (Kun fayakun) so Allah needs Sahina? Sura 19:20 She said: "How shall I have a son, seeing that no man has touched me, and I am not unchaste?" So why Allah cannot have Son?

The Trinity that Allah describes in the Quran is Mary, Jesus and Allah.
It's very simple, Son has a meaning. Either it's literal or not literal. If literal, then it's biological , otherwise, it's not biological. Allah is above the things you pagans ascribe to him.

I always found the easiest way to explain triuninty is for people tonlook at themselves. 1. God, the Son and the Holy Spirit fellowship together and the outpouring of their love produced us. 2. People are made up of Body, Soul and Spirit. If you separate one from the other it is no longer human. Same thing with the Trinity. This is why in the beginning He said "let us create them in Our image". We are just like the trinity (in image not in nature).
Yeah, even nature is replete with the image of God - Water is one in essence but 3 in states - solid, liquid and gas; the egg comprises the shell, the white and the yolk.

On the first plane I have to disagree. She is in the wrong religion but she cannot convert to a religion, Christianity because it should not exist if it does it is false and violates Acts 7 & 8. A Christian is someone who is in the fellowship of Christ meaning he's adopted children therefore, we do our best to work and walk in the light and truth that is Jesus.

I haven't finished the video yet, so I don't know if you mention it, but: I recomend that you (or anybody) read C.S. Lewis book "Mere Christianity". His chapter "The Three-Personal God" is amazing, and explains the trinity in such a great way. I just read it earlier today.
I wouldn’t recommend C.S. Lewis to anyone He was a heretic with a lot of unbiblical theology. Such as claiming the creation account was taken from earlier myths and that individuals will be saved and born again having never known the name of Jesus.

But what is "bad theology" and "good theology" will also depend on things like what denomination a person is. Either way, I'd say there's a lot of good theology. Especially in Mere Christianity that is written so as to not express any opinion that is specific to any one Christian denomination, and only states things that all major denominations agree upon. Thereof the name "Mere Christianity". I didn't read any bad theology there. His books also have some extremely good and useful explanations, like the aforementioned trinity explanation. That's something a lot of people have a hard time grasping, and he explains it so that it's easy to understand, but also very logical. Where's the harm in that? Is there more that could be said about the trinity? Yes, obviously. But that specific book is written for people that want an introductory level book on general Christianity, so it more than suffices.
Yes, you could use that argument. And it would stand. Most of us actually use a Muslims argument for Gods existence, without even knowing it. The Kalam cosmological argument originated from Al-Ghazalis cosmological argument, and he was a Muslim. It doesn't make it a bad argument just because a Muslim came up with it, right?

So the onus is on you to produce the so-called Torah and Gospel that Quran talks about. It's ironic that we have writings from the first century and had writings for a full 500 years before Mohammad and yet none of them mentions the so-called Torah and Gospel of Quran that supposedly aligns with Quran.

You have a very limited view of God IF you believe that God has to have a consort to have a Son. You are thinking like a human, not as God.
In the beginning God created everything from nothing. He is the Creator, meaning he is the architect of us, the earth and the whole cosmos. Even though mankind is made in God’s image, we are but a microcosm of his imagination and abilities, which means He is infinite and able to do anything.
God’s son, Jesus/Yeshua, is part of the Godhead, which is three persons - the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit - ONE God but three persons. This is a sticking point for our Muslim brothers and sisters.
Have you ever heard that humans are made up of three states or parts - body, soul and spirit? For the human being despite being integrally made up of body, soul and spirit we are still one person. Despite this somewhat inadequate human analogy, is it so hard to believe that God cannot use any model to express Himself?
Jesus/Yeshua, as God, existed at the beginning of time, became God in human form and walked this earth for 33 years as a sinless, perfect human, so that we could see a loving God in action who selflessly died to atone for our wrongdoings, rose from the dead on the third day and now is in heaven waiting and hoping for our acceptance of Him and a guaranteed place in heaven for us.

All these differences prove there is not one single Qur'an version that was perfectly preserved but it proves there are many Qur'an versions in the world that all are a giant mess since it's early scribes were left to guess what many of it's words were and now muslims are left to guess which one is the true Qur'an if that version even survived and has not been tampered with by scribes.

1) Father and Son are terms used to express relationship not biology.
2) YHWH chose Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Israel through whom he would reveal the Messiah to the whole world. He is the God of Israel but he did not come just for them. He came for all Muslims included.
3) God has given Christians the Bible and the Holy Spirt to guide us to truth. Christians all agree on core essential doctrines. Christians can disagree on secondary issues. Anyone who disagrees on a core issue is apostate.
