I wish I had the toilet in my room. It would be easier for my midnight trip too. I love the roomette traveling solo. It is much safer than flying.

If you mean meals, then yes. All meals are included with sleeper car tickets. Roomette or larger.

Its such an old feature to have, that a lot of rooms on trains around the world have that feature. That being said im sure it's far from sanitary. lol.
