Tiger Woods is just tickled by this dude he pulled over.
He could get this DUI thrown out easily. Hes blind in one eye, which does have an impact on depth perception and balance.
Well they're going to test his B.A.C. and if it's over .08 then he's screwed.
He opened his mouth and voluntarily submitted to sobriety tests. Literally did the cops job for him, and let the officer build a case.
He should have kept his mouth shut and refused all sobriety tests. Prolly wouldnt be charged with DUI

@@vanbikeskiandfishboilermak1516 In a future court date, for a later offence, a conviction for refusing a test will count as seriously or worse than a previous DUI. Courts now put more importance on refusing tests because they know why people do it. This is a fairly easy thing to google.

David Alexandrovitch I left a bar once when I was in my early 20’s & as I was driving home I couldn’t see very well. I thought I must have been a little more tipsy than I thought. I didn’t live that far from the bar, it was a straight shot down the road. I wore glasses at the time just for driving. The next day I get up & see my glasses on the counter & burst out laughing. One of the lenses was missing🤣 I had driven home not realizing that, wondering why I couldn’t see so well ( too buzzed to notice the missing lense ) I always think about how I’d have looked getting pulled over with that one lense missing out of my glasses, to this day the visual makes me🤣🤣🤣

I got pulled over many years ago for a tail light out in an apartment complex, told the cops two drinks instead of lying, which is instant testing. I did have a bad knee from football, did all the tests in front of a everyone on the balconies, with people cheering me on. I did good until the heel toe, said my knee is too weak, but the cop wanted to arrest me so I said lets do the breathalyzer. Passed. Apartment people cheered, cop was mad. I asked a cop buddy later and he said not many people can do the heel toe test so it is a catch all to force people to breath test or go to jail and test.

Legend has it that he is still looking for his glasses 👓. They were in his shoe 👞 the entire time. Thats why he was walking funny and failed the FST. That will be what he tells the next cop the reason was for this DUI.

The sad thing here is that he shouldn't have been convicted for the that first felony at all. Meth? You're gonna throw a guy in prison and bog down the court system for a gram of a meth? That's the real crime here and was the turning point in this man's life. He shouldn't be drinking and driving, absolutely not but can we just appreciate for a minute how sad he must be? He's certainly no monster, no worse than anyone else and yet he probably can't get much of a job. The whole thing is really sad.

Not everyone that gets convicted of a felony goes to prison. Many of the non violent or small drug offenses are felonies but with jail time, probation and community service.
He even said it was residue, who knows really, I got set up by my own sister who was trying to get herself out of trouble. I'm not saying that I was completely innocent, but for what I ended up being charged with was way worse than what really happened. I sucked it up and did a year of drug court. I completed it and my charges were dismissed, I was able to get it all expunged, but it cost me a job, a lot of money, untold stress, family issues, and so much more. It took me a couple years to rebound, but I stuck it out and kept moving forward and now it's all been coming together again, minus one sister who is never going to have the best brother you could ask for to ever speak to her again. Jail time would have done more to make me go in the wrong direction, I was offered a way to make it better if I would put in the effort, so I knew there was a light at the end of it,and it kept me motivated.
Marijuana is one that everyone kinda understands unless you live in Texas we still go for the night, but meth is the destruction of small towns, destroyer of families, friends relationships and life
