When he give it his umbrella to shelter it from the rain, he then dances with a large group of additional stray cats that began following him because of his kindness.
Can we talk about the fact that some of the cast with the shadowy figure hue look kind of creepy? Just here are some examples: Dr. Crygor Mike Ashley & Pyoro (His Zombie skin however is horrifying!) Also I REALLY love that they remembered Jimmy's family.

I like how in Warioware games the WHOLE cast is there and has a role within the main story. Unlike main-line Mario games(e.g. the super Mario games, paper, galaxy, odyssey etc) where most of the cast disappears out of existence.
I mean, Mario can take care of everything himself (unless he's preoccupied like in Luigi's Mansion). Meanwhile Wario can't, he is too flawed of a character that an internal conflict complicates even the most mundane of challenges. His 'friends' (more likely people that know him) each have skills and abilities that compensate for those flaws, which make them feel unique and involved in the games. Their personalities also compliment Wario's , which only add to their support role. The difference that makes both of the series is the abilities of the main characters. Mario is a polished swiss army knife, while Wario is just stinky swiss cheese.
Mario's main games are all about the gameplay. Mario is basically a blank slate with barely any personality wich is why the games rely in the side characters and grand adventures. Honestly Mario is really boring as a character unlike Wario, who has a ton of personality, yeah he's flawed but you just know he's a good dude at heart like how he gifted 9 volt a gameboy. Also his friends compliement him really well, and yeah friendd I don't know how the games could make any more obvious that they are his friends.
