I was successful in my first jailbreak. And done multiple loads before. But today. It always fails... Is this because i use a different laptop?

Make sure you select correct ETHERNET on your new laptop and also check your LAN cable if you are using a new one .
If all above were ok, your last option is to plug USB stick that contains gold hen to PS4 and try it again.

First Jailbreak was successful. After turning off ps4 I had no problem loading payload multiple times,but today iv got “Failed to Obtain IP Address” iv bridge the connection, restart my modem but having same error over and over….plz help

You shouldn't use Modem.
