A) Commit to supporting him/her and never giving up hope that they might change one day.
B) Decide at some point that your continued support was not helplfull and was enabling the child so you'd cut off relations.
C) Take them down to the lake and drown them?
I'm guessing that 99.9 percent of you would not chose option "C". The other 0.1 percent would be clinically defined as sadistic psychopaths.
Anybody who worships this god needs to be locked up. What kind of egomaniac requires such worship on pain of everlasting hellfire. I don't demand that my kids worship me and neither do you.

i believed that the five books were written during Moses' retirement as a priest but written in a different time
until all books were completed before the appointed time.
one of the facts is, Moses isn't just an individual person but an institution of scribblers that carried the name
"Moses" as the legal right of ownership.
we can derive this analogy to this simple word as, "God is the creator of heaven and earth".
but if we express it into a more detail form we can write as, "God created the heaven and earth thru Jesus Christ"
Therefore, the word God became an institution of creator where Jesus works in.
Men that were inspired and guided by the Holy Spirit of God.

jaffa tyree Ok, the term 'Satan' in Christianity and satan in Judaism are not the same. In Christianity, Satan is a fallen angel who fights against G-d. In Judaism, the word satan itself means in Hebrew prosecutor/accuser-- who levels charges. Without satan, the defense attorney wouldn't bother to dig up all the merits of the defense. This creates an imbalance. Therefore, in Judaism, G-d and satan are not equal.
jaffa tyree No, I didn't miss your point. I just explained that Jews do not believe in a Satan. Satan, as a fallen angel, is Christian and polytheism. If you subscribe to that belief structure, then ok. However, it is NOT mine. I do not believe in a Satan nor a hell of forever fire and pain.

It was a group project! There were several Jewish people (scribes) who wrote it over a long period of time.
A very revolutionary model would be the transition from monotheism to atheism, that would be a breakthrough for humanity.
I think the bottom line to not just this video but many I’ve watched on this subject is that all the books of different bibles were written by men. The problem w this is that no man is perfect and all men can only give their own perspective. Even a man with a direct communication with god can only give his own perspective of what god told him. He uses words and comparisons to things he understands in the best way he can. This is why we shouldn’t put absolute stock in one view. Collect as much info as you can from as many perspectives as possible. Then find within yourself a connection to divine. Listening to your own heart is the only thing you can really trust....

Justin Wilson I don’t think it’s trusting in a sinful heart. The books of the Bible were chosen and compiled by men as well as written by men. I’m sure other books that aren’t in the Bible were written by men who were just as confident in their connection to god. Learn as much as possible but I think MY OWN connection to god would be the most reliable. Through the connection god gave to us all. I think we get too caught up in the details. But in our hearts I think god is pretty clear about who we should be and how we should conduct ourselves.

Justin Wilson no I don’t think so. But our scriptures weren’t written by Jesus were they? Only a second hand account of his teachings. And then that second hand account was translated and edited for clarity. I’m not saying the Bible is wrong. I think I may not have been clear. I think we spend too much time looking through the details that we miss the real message and after you have learned as much as possible from others about God and Jesus you have to eventually use your own discernment. And I believe that as long as we are honest with ourselves and not looking to mold the teachings to our own desires, god will lead us in the right direction. Because at the end of the day, the teaching were written and edited by man....and I know that if I really want the answers God will communicate with me as well about what is true.

There is a Heaven and Hell....We, when we die will go to two places....either to Heaven of Hell...you make that choice where you will go by your free choice; free will.
The other thing is, you have the free will, to live here on earth; heaven, (or hell)..... By the way you live your life.
To live Heaven on earth....one becomes holy...living a holy life...a saintly life. This can only be done, through Jesus Christ....we
cannot do it any other way. We are weak, we are weak by our bodies that are flesh.....meaning flesh: temptation. Meaning we are not created as spirit eg. Angels. Angels are pure, they have not flesh. They are super intelligent.
Our weak flesh, does not stop us from reaching to become perfect/saintly....we have free will to choose Christ, Him and through Him to help us in our daily life. In all our daily decisions. Every decision we make in a day, effects our humanity, our spiritual life, our soul. We cannot make these decisions without Christ, if we do without Christ we will make huge errors and hurt people around us, all the time. Most of all and the most important factor....WE HURT CHRIST. We break our love with Him.
We effect others by those daily decisions...this is the key......Love thy neigbour. You put others first, just as you would put yourself first. By putting others first you put yourself first....you treat, and love you neighbour as yourself. We are equal.
We start every day to live Heaven on earth. We will fall many time, doesn't matter, get up and start again, and again, and again.
Never stop. This is Beauty.

Yes a pacifier is very soothing for humanity when milk is not available. However, there is absolutely no nutrition in it.
Do realize there is no condemnation in being ignorant. It takes some time to learn. And learning cannot be hurried. Everyone has their own time to learn.

When it speaks of not calling any man on earth father in the book that Christianity worships, it is not a law it is True Science as no man creates a child it is Perpetual Generation that was created by our Father from the beginning.
Whatever I have it is not from a book.
It is from the spiritual realm of our Father the Great Creator.
All knowledge is from our Father’s realm of truth. Knowledge is not created in the brain.
The brain is only capable of receiving it.
Knowledge and understanding is spiritual, both are invisible to the eyes.
It is only our spirit that has access to Knowledge and understanding.
I do realize that it is very difficult to understand our Father’s existence and realm of truth without proof and experience it in this life.
George one of my many dear brothers’ and his daughter had the Gift of miraculously filling teeth with gold. His daughter would invite some to watch the gold pour into the tooth. And five of the fillings that George witnessed had diamond in-beds.
If the scientists of today had witnessed these things in life perhaps they would understand True Science much better.
True Science is the studies research and discovery of our Father’s Great Creation.
In that book that Christianity worships there are many facts and truth in principle that is truly True Science. It is not religion or some law to keep.
The main principle of the man Jesus that it speaks of was to make the human aware of is that laws are not successful. That it takes living from the spirit with honesty with truth in our life as a lifestyle.
It is not in the worshiping of the gods.
Our Father does not want our worship.
Our Father wants us to live with honesty and truth in our life. And our true prayer is our life itself.
If we are truly grateful and thankful we will show it honestly with our life we live.
Those persuasive words are meaningless compared to a just and loving lifestyle.
It is like putting your money where your mouth is.
Let us take the phrase, ‘resist not evil’ and ‘Do violence to no one’.
This is a principle of True Science, It is psychology.
If you show your viciousness how is it that you can help teach others to not be vicious and violent?
In that book that Christianity worships Jesus said that he did not come to destroy the law but to fulfill the law.
His life was far beyond the performance of the law. And it was not from the fear of the law, it was from his spirit it was his pleasure.
And that is how it should be with us.
It takes performance.
Jesus’ death was not that magic that turns our injustice and hatred magically into love and justice.
We must perform in this life from the spirit within us not from the fear of some law.
This is all Science. It is not religion and the worshiping of the gods.
Just words to the honest and wise: honesty and understanding is the only true belief. Without honesty and understanding we do not know what to believe.
To accept others opinion of the truth without proving it to yourself; it is being deceived it is not believing.

Correction:...The Bible is not only of the mind....The Bible is the Mind of God.
Monotheism........means belief in one God...the only God.
Catholicism came through Judaism.
That means, Catholics believe in the Old Testament and the New Testament.

Thanks sister for your exelent explanation. First of all everyone believe that bible is the word of God. That's wrong, the bible is not the word of God. Further the bible is nothing but allegory. The persons mentioned in these stories never existed. People have taken bible literally. Everything is spiritual. There is no heaven nor hell. For example read Luke 17:21. Nobody understands what Jesus meant by saying the kingdom of heaven is within you. Many have been confused .do not take the bible literally.
