Did y'all notice where the edits came off the Casino Lights album? This is our most rated in highest esteem jazz track of all time. First heard it on the RobbieVincent Saturday show in 1982 and fell in love with jazz ever since. Most impressed by the plethora of instruments. Jazz piano organ... xylo... bass... but most especially the drums. The drums. How many of y'all find the drums powerfully orgasmic 😋😜😅 Bless all the musicians 🙌
Grew up listening to this classic !! My pops was Jazz all day and night !!! Rides from jersey to New York Coltrane pharaoh sanders and just vibe out
Oh I wish this was remastered with better audio! Ahh, the 80's Great performance though.
Masterpiece

@@shonuffgroove I have been searching this song forever. I had it on a casette tape in 80s Ankara but did not know who were the artists. It always give me great vibe and happiness.
Thank you 🙏🏽 for listing all the musicians. Bless you for sharing.
Montreux Jazz Festival 1981
Fabulous track from alto saxophonist David Sanborn, taken from the excellent 1982 album Casin Lights, one of those album's many missed out on at the time of it's release, it was recorded "live" in at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland
+J Eshun That`s right !!!!!
I didn't miss out! Was in high school and I made a cassette copy of it to be able to play in my car...have never seen the video of it until this week!

The Neil Larson solo was edited from the 'Casino Lights' lp version. Why?
