Lee Ji Hye was bullied by her members for years without anyone speaking out because the person doing the bullying was Seo Ji Young (she came from a rich family and her father was the reason the group was created in the first place). Even after everything was revealed and the group disbanded, Seo Ji Young received little consequences other than hate, she's now married to a rich man. On the other hand, Lee Ji Hye is currently auditioning for small insignificant roles. If that isn't an example of a massive injustice, I don't know what is.

The reason why Kim Sungjae was killed is because the murderer aka the girlfriend was a medical student who knew about the human body and she purchased 28 doses of animal stimulant (tiletamine-zolazepam,). His girlfriend bought the drugs claiming it was for her dog. The pharmacist reported, and he also mentioned that she initially told him to keep it secret. On the night of November 20, 1995 (the night of murder) He had been really happy during the evening because that evening he made his solo debut with this song ''As I told you''. She was alone with him and seen by a witness to be hovering over him in the middle of the night. After retrieving his dead body, he was dismissed off as ''Heart attack'' case. The girlfriend tried to bribe the police to not check his dead body. but Later on at the autopsy, it was revealed that there were 28 needle marks was on his right arm but since he is right handed, these werent injected by himself. his girlfriend was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison on the 2nd trial, but was then acquitted and found innocent after all the witnesses suddenly changed the stories and didn't remember anything on the 3rd trial. It is believed that the witnesses were threatened by her family/ alias. It is also proven that her family is a massive rich family with political ties. His girlfriend had shown violence towards him in the past. One incident was that she tied him up when he was sleeping so he couldn't sign a contract. Another incident was that she shot him with a gas gun. There were more incidents, but one was him dating another person when she was in the US making her upset. (Still the court found her innocent because their relationship didn't have serious problems) The reason of the cause is that it is rumored that Kim Sungjae tried to ''breakup'' with her due to her sasaeng behaviour since she used to be upset over him meeting his fans and hated whenever he met girls. Plus, right after the closing of the case. The girlfriend changed her face (plastic surgery), changed her name and ID and is now a very famous rich doctor.

Unfortunately, I doubt it will be solved, mostly because of the control the wealthy has on society there. You can see the evidence from the controversy regarding the Kpop group S#arp. Lee Ji Hye was bullied by her members for years without anyone speaking out because the person doing the bullying was Seo Ji Young (she came from a rich family and her father was the reason the group was created in the first place). Even after everything was revealed and the group disbanded, Seo Ji Young received little consequences other than hate, she's now married to a rich man. On the other hand, Lee Ji Hye is currently auditioning for small insignificant roles. If that isn't an example of a massive injustice, I don't know what is.

I found out this song because of a cover(bts). And since then, i have never stopped listening to this. Omg this song is such a bop. It makes me sad and angry because of sung jae's end but also want to dance the heck out so he can watch happily from heavens. I loved all the covers too, by bts, vixx, monsta x. The reason why Kim Sungjae was killed is because the murderer aka the girlfriend was a medical student who knew about the human body and she purchased 28 doses of animal stimulant (tiletamine-zolazepam,). His girlfriend bought the drugs claiming it was for her dog. The pharmacist reported, and he also mentioned that she initially told him to keep it secret.
On the night of November 20, 1995 (the night of murder) He had been really happy during the evening because that evening he made his solo debut with this song ''As I told you''. She was alone with him and seen by a witness to be hovering over him in the middle of the night.
After retrieving his dead body, he was dismissed off as ''Heart attack'' case. The girlfriend tried to bribe the police to not check his dead body. but Later on at the autopsy, it was revealed that there were 28 needle marks was on his right arm but since he is right handed, these werent injected by himself.
his girlfriend was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison on the 2nd trial, but was then acquitted and found innocent after all the witnesses suddenly changed the stories and didn't remember anything on the 3rd trial. It is believed that the witnesses were threatened by her family/ alias. It is also proven that her family is a massive rich family with political ties.
His girlfriend had shown violence towards him in the past. One incident was that she tied him up when he was sleeping so he couldn't sign a contract. Another incident was that she shot him with a gas gun. There were more incidents, but one was him dating another person when she was in the US making her upset. (Still the court found her innocent because their relationship didn't have serious problems)
The reason of the cause is that it is rumored that Kim Sungjae tried to ''breakup'' with her due to her sasaeng behaviour since she used to be upset over him meeting his fans and hated whenever he met girls.
Plus, right after the closing of the case. The girlfriend changed her face (plastic surgery), changed her name and ID and is now a very famous rich doctor.
Rest in peace. Now that I know his story, I can never listen to this song the same way. It hurts everytime I listen to this song. I keep thinking about the incident.
