Air-fryer fish in foil recipe

  • This recipe is for air-fryer fish cooked in foil. The fish is flavored with a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and chili. The preparation time is 10 minutes and the cooking time is also 10 minutes. The recipe serves two people. To make the dish, mix avocado oil (or olive oil), soy sauce, grated garlic, grated ginger, and finely chopped red chili together. Brush some oil on two pieces of foil and place the fish fillets in the center of each piece. Divide the topping mixture between the fish and wrap the foil around them to make two parcels. Preheat the air fryer to 180C and then add the foil parcels to the preheated air fryer. Air fry for 7-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the fish flakes easily when a fork is inserted. Serve immediately.
