The word, "Legends" just doesn't seem to really describe the magnitude of how AMAZING these men were/ARE. It's not good enough for them. We need a BIGGER word to PERFECTLY describe them. I'm working on it...
That is one of the greatest introductions I have ever seen and heard. A perfect combination of their unmistakable beat, images, video, with the narrators even tone and flawless inflection weaving the words that pull you right into what you simply MUST watch. I was born in the 50's, in the states, and if you grew up in the UK, US, Canada or Australia, during the late 60's 70's and 80's their songs interlace with your memories, as only the greats do. Amazing documentary, for an amazing group, including Andy.
I loved the Bee Gees and miss them. They were the greatest band ever was or ever will be. I loved Andy too. The Gibb family were amazingly talented. Barry, Robin and Maurice went through hell and high water,so to speak. And highs and lows People loved them and then turned on them. But the Bee Gees overcame and prevailed!!! And then fans were thrilled about that. And if you were a true fan loved them all along. I will admit that Robin was my favorite, but. the 3 brothers together were pure magic.
Hi Niki Harray, I am 74 and I still listen every night. Loved The Brothers when I was young, when I was middle aged, and in my older years I am still listening and still love them. My favorite was, is, Maurice💔💔❤️
They remained so humble, honest, smart, funny and most of all talented throughout their long career. The best songwriters and singers who beat all odds. Great video!

The #BeeGees, as kids, lived the same kind of life in Manchester as me and my sister did in Alabama...as @GibbBarry says, "a Free and Fantastic" childhood! Running wild and free till way in the night and getting into all kinds of stuff (not bad stuff - just mischievous fun!). The Bee Gees were more impressive than the Beatles in many ways: one way was that their talent was God-sent and inherent. They didn't read or write music (as the Beatles did) and they couldn't care less about being "musically correct"- and, oh, so much the better for them (and so great for us!)... :-) God Bless them (and their great mother) forever.
El padre era músico y la madre cantante, algo les deben de haber enseñado, tocaban muchos instrumentos los tes ,hasta Robin que tocaba también el arpa,además de piano y guitarra, ví muchos videos sobre ellos, cientos,entrevistas personajes, músicos que trabajaron con ellos, vecinos de Manchester, y en uno de esos vídeos cuentan que los padres tenían en la casa un militar que tocaba muy buen la guitarra y le enseñó a Barry a tocarla muy bien y cuando vinieron de Australia la productora con la que hicieron contacto envío a Robin y Maurice a estudiar música todos los días. If they stayed in Australia, they could have been drafted and went off to Viet Nam. By going to England, they stayed out of that war and could not be drafted because England had abolished the draft and did not fight in that war.
Like the commentator said, " No one in the history of Pop music has ever been as "driven..." I really agree with that. Once they got back together and pulled themselves together emotionally, they were unstoppable. They were definately an ENIGMA (1. a puzzling or inexplicable occurrence or situation: 2. a person of puzzling or contradictory character) And the US gave them a "stigma" You can look that up. Without looking anything up, we get the idea. But those British really know their English and all the complexities of it more than the average American. 5 decades of amazing music...the talents and their unquie sound the brothers Gibb had...I grew up listening to the Bee Gees in the 70's and I was mesmerized by their talents and looks...the most gorgeous boys in to men to walk this earth...no other group has accomplished what the brothers Gibb have done...their music will live on...
