Great footage to see. Canon McHale had such a huge interest in the history of killala and surrounding areas. So looking forward to seeing more footage and listening to the stories associated to the different areas.

This is fantastic! A historic tour of Killala by Canon McHale, who was a wonderful historian. Well worth watching. Filmed in the early 1980s.

Great to see conversations from a faded Ireland. I think it is from about 1983
