Personally, I think the Japanese and English voices are pretty equal. If you want a scarily relaxed intimidating villain, you go English. If you want a guy who just doesn’t give a fuck at all, and is just along for the funny thrills and drama, go Japanese. These are the vibes I pick up at least

I know I'm late, but from HC and I-no's arcade mode it seems they both got thrown out into some paradoxical timeline which they are kind of trapped in. I'd like to imagine they both hang out in there doing chill stuff on occasion, eating food, I-no showing her guitar skills to HC, going to the beach together, stuff like that. Like the coolest pair of siblings ever conceived.
This is story mode but only the important parts.
