- In January 2023 we explored the Ecuadorian Andes and its volcanoes. After successfully summiting the Illiniza Norte, Illiniza Sur and Antisana we finally climbed the Chimborazo, the farthest point on the Earth's surface from the Earth's center or the closest point to the sun! This video shows the breathtaking journey along the avenue of the volcanoes with amazing shots of Illiniza, Cotopaxi, Antisana, Cayambe, Sangay, El Altar, Quilotoa and Chimborazo.
En enero de 2023 exploramos los Andes ecuatorianos y sus volcanes. Después de escalar con éxito el Illiniza Norte, el Illiniza Sur y el Antisana, ¡finalmente escalamos el Chimborazo, el punto más alejado del centro de la Tierra en la superficie de la Tierra o el punto más cercano al sol! De los deportes más sublimes y encantadores. La montaña nos da la experiencia de sentir latir el corazón en todo el cuerpo, cada paso un boom boom continuo. El sudar por algo que nos ata por descubrir algo nuevo. Cada paso algo nuevo y excitante. Desde arriba se ve otro planeta, otra realidad que talvez no nos imaginamos. Estas imágenes me recuerdan momentos maravillosos con los amigos montañistas, que están tan locos y despiertos como uno. Saludos, amigos.

Thank you:) This time I did most of the shots with my iPhone 13Pro due to the easy handling and its good properties in low light. But Im also using a GoPro hero 9.
Sólo tuve una oportunidad de ir al Chimborazo, vivo en este hermoso país que lamentablemente está siendo corrompido por las mafias, pero sus paisajes dan a notar la belleza del mismo, subí yo solo hasta el segundo refugio, y por motivos no pude ir hasta la laguna, pero algún rato volveré y conquistaré esta cima, es mi aventura personal que deseo con ansias lograr. 🥰

I'm glad you liked the video. I think that among the mountains shown in the video, I found Antisana to be the most beautiful. Both the mountaineering experience and the panoramic view of the surrounding volcanoes were stunning. I also really enjoyed Illimiza Sur because of the technical ascent and the view from the summit. Additionally, this mountain was ideal for acclimatization due to its lower altitude.
