u need polymer like J-lube or guar gum and the glycerin is used to dissolve the polymer powder so can be mixed with the soap water, and finally u need to adjust the bubble water to ph7~7.5 using baking powder(soap is usually alkaline). bubble boy did not explain all this....

pretty terrible mixture, addition of a polymer such as guar gum is needed for big bubbles
