I liked my first Asrock z390 Taichi Ultimate mb so much it influenced my decision to get asrock taichi motherboards for my next two pc (x570 taichi and z690 taichi). And because I’m now used to their bios, it has effected my decision to get a Deskmeet for a sff build I’m making with leftovers from upgrading parts off the other three PCs. If Asrock is reading the comments. What happened to the Taichi Ultimate line? My z390 has 10g Ethernet and two 1g Ethernet ports. My x570 has a single 1g Ethernet port and my z690 has a 2.5g and 1g. No one cares about razor editions. I don’t want leds or painted white parts, I want ports. Also stop replacing the pcie ports with m.2 slots. Stop it.
I have X370, B550 and X570 Taichi's. BIOS has never been the greatest but if you pay attention you can figure stuff out. I also have comparable MSI, ASUS and Gigabyte AM4 boards of all form factors and chipsets. All have strengths, weaknesses and peculiarities.

There are those still. The world is made of cycles. 30 years ago pcs were outrageously expensive, then they got wayyyy cheaper, now its going back up in some parts
Asrock has lots of great boards, but this one is not one of them. It is severely overpriced for what it is. The 2nd pci-e slot is from chipset instead of cpu. There is only one gen 5 m.2 slot.
@@AncientGameplays At that price, I expect there should be some pcie bifurcation built in on the board. This board does not. Also, AM5 platform provides 2 m.2 slots directly from CPU. On this board, Asrock only implements one. The only reasons to buy this board are the “looks” and BCLK overclock.
🤔 Everything that was shown in the unboxing is what you would expect 😌from a board in the 460 euro + range. I would definitely not spend that much, for me the absolute maximum is reached at 350 euros. Especially with AMD, such boards rarely offer useful features compared to others around 300 euros. In particular, the VRM nonsense that is often sold and from which AMD CPUs hardly or not at all benefit because they nead relatively little power thus hardly generate high load in standard operation. Unless you really intend to experiment with hardcore OC on Nitro ect. you'll never need it. Of course, all this only applies as long as you stay with the board purchase, at least with the models in the middle to upper price segment. It shouldn't be too cheap either😏👍

Hahaha
Well hello, I also have the asrock b550 gaming x4 motherboard and R5 5600(non X) i need a proper guidance for pbo2 for under volt my chipset.. thanks 👍
You can follow my video on how to overclock all ryzen cpus 💪💪
@@AncientGameplays 🥲 I'm not so good with bios, and there are no video available of under volting on this motherboard bios, only Asus, gigabyte and msi are available, asrock's bios are also very peculiar... please help me brother🙏🙏🙏
Thats a good looking board
good looking, well built and with lots of features
what is the song in the background
Beer 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺 it's hot outside
Today its better, but somedays ago it was like the gates of hell haha

Stop it.
Well they either use the cpu or chipset for nvmes
It's very nice. 🙂
Indeed!
I hope bios is better than x470 taichi's...
Asrock has come a long way from the X370/X470 bios. Those were almost the first ones, even brands like MSI and Asus were having some issues sadly
Agreed
very beautiful but way out of my budget i could never justify the price lol.
Same here
I have the Taichi Cararra……….and I paid for it.
i need the song in the background like right now
its hard for me to trust asrock (its probably bcuz i used to buy their budget mobos) but i love their design, especially white ones. B650 PRO RS
They are much better nowadays
Vou comprar mano.
The LED bug just got a like😅
Hahah
Strong MOBO! But very expensive (450€+)
Odd as in america it is $369
It's going to be the COOLEST Motherboard you ever Unboxed if your cpu blew up like those ASUS AM5 motherboards.
Asus has been upping their game in the fireworks department
@@AncientGameplays 😂😂😂
The lighting and camera angles are very bad. Maybe add light above or something.
Will try to do it in the next video!
The asrock B650 live mixer looks way better 😊
Not for me xD
Make it in white and gold and I'll need new pants
Hahhaha
I loved AM4 Asrock boards, but on AM5, Asrock steals one of your 2 CPU m.2 slots on every motherboard
....
Am5 has qay more pcie slots on the cpu side, so no issues
@@AncientGameplays On my X570 with Adata SX8200 pro and 10gbe network card connected through chipset, it was hairy experience for few years, befor drivers got good. With Asrock AM5, unfortunately Pci-e situation does not improve - which is why I had to buy Gigabyte again...
*velcro, you're still tired
Nah, I just didn't remember the word ahaha, thanks!
Fabiooooo ❤👋
yooooo
Nice 👍
PC gaming is going to be something very very expensive in a very close future. I dont want such expensive and shiny shitty stuff. i want reliable, old fashion MoBos with a decent build quality. I want a wifey material gf, not a porn star that will make me go bankrupt.
There are those still. The world is made of cycles. 30 years ago pcs were outrageously expensive, then they got wayyyy cheaper, now its going back up in some parts
Getting married soon are you not mate! That board is for the girl friend! DT
hahahahah
@@AncientGameplays not kiddin ! #Yet
Is it just me but youtube shows you have 0 Comments but there's many
Here shows well, stange
Asrock has lots of great boards, but this one is not one of them. It is severely overpriced for what it is. The 2nd pci-e slot is from chipset instead of cpu. There is only one gen 5 m.2 slot.
There is nothing new there as that a chipset thing and not a board/brand thing. Its B650E after all. Also, in US this board is $369
@@AncientGameplays At that price, I expect there should be some pcie bifurcation built in on the board.
Agreed, in US this board is $369, hit its very expensive in europe
How many motherboards have you unboxed? 😂
Some. Never made a video about them though
GG
ty
asrock boards are tanks
Indeed haua
