BBC Prom 7: Live Jakub Józef Orliński, Royal Albert Hall (23rd July 2024)

The First Late Night Prom from the Royal Albert Hall and it was well worth, having attended the 1st night and the day before I was very keen on seeing this. He was superb, he moved a lot, he went through several characters, did some aerial acrobatics and somehow was at the opening ceremony of the Olympics yesterday. It was the latest finish for a prom for me 23.55pm

@@heinze7 I mean that I am not an Orlinski fan. His singing technique is horrible and his style of singing is cliched and not tasteful. I’m not alone in thinking this. Unfortunately the ineducated masses are taken in by his good looks and think that’s enough but if you compare him to Hugh Cutting, Iestyn Davies or Tim Mead he is seriously sub standard. It really is not good singing.
