I've always been a fan of the idea of robot combining into bigger robots because Power Rangers was one of my favorite shows as a child. Then I went on to enjoy Super Sentai which I still do to this day. I've even come up with a few Super Sentai team ideas. One of them includes a main team color scheme that I don't think they've done yet.
My 3 year old loves your videos and this one was one of his favorites. He’s suuuuuuper into ultrabee and the crash combiners right now. I told him I’d get him beeside and ultrabee if he goes poo in the toilet cause yeah. Lol. Thanks for your videos!!!!
Personally I still think they lost me when they made those damn one step changers. What was wrong with having fun transforming the transformers. Hasbro seemed like they wanted to make something that would appeal to the lazy generation and dumb down what was a great series. Granted these combiners would be great if they had oh I don't know Movement in the knees and elbows? Then you could have some fun with them. Better paint and way better characters too, but really more movement would be welcomed. I keep seeing these and just think "If you could move the limbs then I'd be taking you home with me."
They're for younger kids. Hasbro's trying to make sure kids buy their products and that their parents want them to be eaiser for them since during the ROTf days they were tough to transform even for some collectors. Besides it's not like we're no longer have fun transformations todayF
kaijuguy19 When I was 5 years I wanted leader and voyager class figures because of the detail and complex transformations and I can assure you many kids were like me too. We would never had bought some crappy one step changer or something like that.
webdesigner18 I don’t necessarily dissagree with you, but toys like these exist because of shit like the ROTF toys and that awful Death Star Darth Vader that takes several years of training to transform the first time, and ten you never transform again.
If you want this a REAL COMBINER, then buy Sunstreaker or one of the Dead End Remoulds/Repaints and paint it yellow. And then get a Bumblebee head and put it on the robot of your choice.
There's this thing called making toys for KIDS. These are children's toys. They're meant to be fun. They're not meant for adult collectors. Combiner Wars, Titans Return, and Power of the Primes are collector's toys. However, they are still TOYS.
Hasbro, you know, as well as we fans do, that this isn't the best you can do. Yeah, the Ultrabee combiner mode looks good, but it's not something that I would, just from looking at it, recommend for my cousin's son. But I can't really say anything about either Ultrabee or Menasor, because they haven't reached Sweden yet. But considering the prices for the Crash & Combine figures here, I think I will try finding them cheaper online.
I'm assuming you were a 90s kid as am I and while I've never got the G1 Transformers being born in 1992 and not knowing of the franchise yet it was a lot better more complex transformations sure we had Bricks but that's all we could do back then now a days we still have Blakes but they move somewhat
Balt: “Holding the sword is no problem whatsoever.” Me: “ok” Balt: “getting it in the hand is a bit tricky” Me: “ThAt SoUnDs LiKe A bIt Of A pRoBlEm!!!!”
Pros and Cons of Combiner Force Combiners: Pros: Weapons (especially screaming drift), Being able to create the conjoined twins from the old, old wreckers team of the UK Marvel Comics, Isn’t the most mainline of the transformers toys. Cons: EVERYTHING (except the 3 positives.)
they should offer some cw styled box sets, though ultra bee being a very unique transformation would make it a little more difficult, im sure they could wedge two voyagers maybe for the torso and legs
Omg the sword really is Drift I just saw a clip of the show and thanks for the nightmares especially about poor poor Drift screaming for somebody to end it all all the pain all the suffering to just end his poor poor life
krakendude2 I'm not doing a haiku... I'm not Big Nate. darkwolf gaming would you buy this for a kid? No, cuz it's not even a good toy, the kid will probably break it within a few weeks.
@kmriDen-O 2, Transformers Rescue Bots is a great line for young kids. The chunky style and simple transformations are perfect for small, learning hands. RID warrior class toys are also a great line for young kids. They're show accurate, and easy to transform. But I got my first transformer (G1 Jazz) when I was nine. The complexity and detail was what I found most engaging (and got me hooked). It was because of the level of detail of the G1 figures that we abandoned Go-Bots for a higher standard. I just think Hasbro has turned its back on design integrity, and is attracting an audience more prone to get bored in a week than remain brand-loyal.
The thing that you were supposed to flip down on grimlock at the beginning was already flipped down you just have to watch one other person's video of ultra bee to see it like show and tell toys' video.
In case you ever wanted to see Bumblebee T-posing with a scissor-truck and Optimus Prime with a samurai mask for arms, 10:11 is the perfect image! Bonus points cuz it has _T. rex_ legs.
I don't understand why 2017 Transformer Combiners have LESS engineering and poseability than G1 Bruticus. Hell, (the original) RID just re-released him as Ruination and no one noticed.
There will be a 3rd one, Galvatronus, with whom you can daisy chain them. And I assume Deluxe/Warrior class combiner figures would have been too expensive for kids to get a whole combiner or even several. So it's actually pretty good how Hasbro handled that. And I'm 29 and will definitely get Menasor and pretty likely Galvatronus as well. Maybe I'll pose them to fight against TLK Infernocus.
It's been 4 years. Only just recently I got it due to an Amazon sale. Must have found some sets randomly rotting in a corner. Overall, it's quite good despite Grimlock's weird proportions and the oversized Bee.
I know this is going to sound crazy....but i feel like i third party company could REALLY do the 2015 RID line some justice, MANILY the three combiner force teams (ultra bee, Galvatronus, and Menasor), and ultra bee has so much untapped potental that it's almost frustrating!
What is wrong with the commenters? This is for 5 year-olds! Look at the basic transformations! Get over yourselves! And BTW, most G1 versions of these figures had just as simple transformations!
i watched this a while ago and honestly tho the show and toyline were straight terrible i hoped that maybe the combiner aspect would be cool- and obviously it isnt. i wish there was a 3rd party company out there that would make a much better ultra bee bc i always like combiners especially ones that arent just 5 robots cuz sometimes the engineering is creative
Drift has achieved the dream, he *IS* the Sword!
😂
Honestly this combiner is "ok" but the drift sword is dollar store quality
Lol yea
The sword be like -> 😱
Agreed

The head head is hilarious, reminds me of King Crimson from Jojo how he has a face on his face
Its canonical that Diavolo became a sword and died, while screaming.
You can also use the port where grimlock plugs in with any other crash combiners
Aiden Reed I was wondering about that. Tinypants McBee could be fun.
This toyline is just sad
Every aspect of it is
Jo
Poor Drift bound to being Grimlock's ass.
My 3 year old loves your videos and this one was one of his favorites. He’s suuuuuuper into ultrabee and the crash combiners right now. I told him I’d get him beeside and ultrabee if he goes poo in the toilet cause yeah. Lol. Thanks for your videos!!!!
For drift I recommend you get one of the sword mini cons and paint it orange and give it some facial hair
There is a minicon in the series that can transform into a sword!
Its like a happy meal toy. The series is ok but why do the toys have to be like this?
After combiner wars, these just arent worth the money, at least combiner wars had articulation and detail
yea i just got bruticus and he deserves masterpiece status compared to the RID line
I guess they reverted to g1 for combiniers
And Combiner Wars has ACTUAL LEGIT fighters
Yes these aren't worth $30 ( now $60) but combiner wars ain't worth the 100s of dollars they cost
with how little detail there is, it feels almost like a power rangers megazord.
The Yellow Ranger finally formed the main body!
Aaron Rose and they removed the pink and black ranger and got the green ranger and then got an orange ranger!
It was a joke guys. considering the Sentai posability
Aaron Rose this is transformers not power rangers
Being rude to hasbro that’s there best plus they did combiner wars too
Carlosgaming Ltv Blogs and more ...
Do you think HASBRO even cares?
e x a c t l y
strongarm turns into the arm..... NotLikeThis
the 80's robots were made of die-cast and they had acessories. this are pure plastic nothing more than that
This felt like g1 toys.
Personally I still think they lost me when they made those damn one step changers. What was wrong with having fun transforming the transformers. Hasbro seemed like they wanted to make something that would appeal to the lazy generation and dumb down what was a great series.

webdesigner18 I think the same thing, I stopped collecting transformers after the third movie.
They're for younger kids. Hasbro's trying to make sure kids buy their products and that their parents want them to be eaiser for them since during the ROTf days they were tough to transform even for some collectors. Besides it's not like we're no longer have fun transformations todayF
G1 Flip changers.

The sword with the faces are his mini cons screaming despeitly
10:50 you should have said Superion is Superrior to these two
Cyberminer321 nice pun
This actually looks kinda sorta almost decent as a combined robot. Though Grimlock should get Ratchet to have a look at that prolapse.
On grimlock there's a second spike on the other side
If you want this a REAL COMBINER, then buy Sunstreaker or one of the Dead End Remoulds/Repaints and paint it yellow. And then get a Bumblebee head and put it on the robot of your choice.
Sad to say they just don't make combiners like they use to
Yep they don't it's sad :(
How did they go from combiner war figures to this.
Frozen Induecd The G1 gestalts were better.
I know I'm late, but I think Hasbro should make a combiner wars style Ultra Bee.
Hasbro was bored on a Saturday afternoon
There's this thing called making toys for KIDS. These are children's toys. They're meant to be fun. They're not meant for adult collectors. Combiner Wars, Titans Return, and Power of the Primes are collector's toys. However, they are still TOYS.
@@NoahEB I'm a kid and there are not fun combiner wars was fun! And combiner wars I feel like it was for kids and adult.
i like how in the show this combination was an accident on a nulear waste dump at least the first time it's only appeared once so far
this isnt transformers, this is transformerscrap. What a freaking joke. Transforrmers isnt what they use to be.
That sword is so METAL!!!!
Aaaand you put this up exactly on the episode they did it in. Drift is a sword. Ha ha ha!
Hasbro, you know, as well as we fans do, that this isn't the best you can do.

I find it hilarious how you sound just like Jangbricks.
He sounds like a deeper Jang.
oh that guy
@@TheCheeseburgerJudgesYou You don't like him?
Oh yeah.
@@TheRealandOnlyMrE But at least Baltmatrix actually has a real wife

2:46 King Crimsom found it's way to transformers.
The arms do seem to be backwards compared to the show
Tiago Lemos IT JUST (DOESN'T) WORK
Tiago Lemos Is that a motherfucking JoJo reference??!

Pros: Weapons (especially screaming drift), Being able to create the conjoined twins from the old, old wreckers team of the UK Marvel Comics, Isn’t the most mainline of the transformers toys.

Sideswipe: Left not right,Strongarm:Right not left.
they should offer some cw styled box sets, though ultra bee being a very unique transformation would make it a little more difficult, im sure they could wedge two voyagers maybe for the torso and legs
it's a samurai mask on the sword.
I take it back be hard on this set also you need paint takara also you put the ams on backward you had it right the first time
hi me
rip drift
that sword is creepy
sub to my channel :)
because that sword is Drift
I've played with my dads g1 combiners, those are still fun
Omg the sword really is Drift I just saw a clip of the show and thanks for the nightmares especially about poor poor Drift screaming for somebody to end it all all the pain all the suffering to just end his poor poor life
30$?! I got a full rid landfill set for that price. Again this line is fun for what it is but way too overpriced for what you get.
Lol he has the hands the wrong way
Actually- (from a frontal view) Sideswipe is the right arm, and Strongarm is the left arm.
Oooooo can you make more of a variety of videos like these are exactly the same as you did last video
Probably the only team combiner I would buy.
I just got this yesterday and I love it
This is dissaapointing.
Hasbro has become weak regarding many figures.
The combined mode isn't half-bad.
you're doing haiku wrong
Alpha Seeker there for like 5 or 4 year Olds
krakendude2 I'm not doing a haiku... I'm not Big Nate.
darkwolf gaming would you buy this for a kid? No, cuz it's not even a good toy, the kid will probably break it within a few weeks.
Alpha Seeker no it's made pretty niceley
Alpha Seeker what has hasbro done.....
They always mess up with grimlock figures, apart from some 3rd party’s figures,
Reminds me of the Turbo Rescue Megazord, not the best, but not bad, a fun little transformer kids can enjoy.
I hope this combiner gets visited again so they can give it a proper toy
hey baltmatrix, sideswipe is the left arm
and strongarm is the right arm
They're beyond horrible. I am so disgusted with Hasbro right now.
John Murphy what is the meaning of young kids toy I wonder
@kmriDen-O 2, Transformers Rescue Bots is a great line for young kids. The chunky style and simple transformations are perfect for small, learning hands. Actually, it looks like they stuck a samurai Bumblebee's torso between two halves of a samurai Optimus Prime with scissor-truck legs.
I love Transformers
Drift is screaming because he is not comprehending this
I don't understand why 2017 Transformer Combiners have LESS engineering and poseability than G1 Bruticus.

congrats to the person that made strongarm become an arm

It's been 4 years. Only just recently I got it due to an Amazon sale. Must have found some sets randomly rotting in a corner. Overall, it's quite good despite Grimlock's weird proportions and the oversized Bee.
That sword is the stuff of nightmares
Baltmatrix you actually have made a mistake on Ultra Bee,Sideswibe is the left arm and Strongarm is the right arm
You got strong arm and sideswipe the right way around the first way
you put his arms at the wrong side , sideswipe is the left arm and strongarm is the rite arm
you had sideswipe and strongarm on the wrong sides, sideswipe is the left arm and strongarm is the right arm
Strongarm is the right arm and sideswipe is the left arm
It looks like the shin guards on grimlock could flip out.
Every time i look at the comments for this i see negativity. These toys are not ment to be complicated. They're ment foryounger children.
5:12 Drift; Let me out.... LET ME OOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUTTTTTT!
The faces are drifts mini cons (i think )drift has mini cons in robots in disguise
Bumblebee must be left-handed, since his left arm is his...Strongarm.
hue hue hue
I wish Takara did these the paint would look good at the least and if they pulled a unit worriers devastator they would have better possibility
We're rapidly approaching Family Dollar/ Big Lots quality with this line.
strongarm is the left and sideswipe is the right
in fact they were unconscious when they did it they don't even know they can do it yet
Baltmatrix you have the arms wrong strongarm is the right arm sideswipe is the left arm
I know this is going to sound crazy....but i feel like i third party company could REALLY do the 2015 RID line some justice, MANILY the three combiner force teams (ultra bee, Galvatronus, and Menasor), and ultra bee has so much untapped potental that it's almost frustrating!
Came for the review, stayed for the horrible nightmares.
Now Grimlock is pants now he can share the trauma he gave swoop
I could let the other issues slide if they had only given all of the individual bots shoulder articulation. That's NOT a lot to ask.
sideswipe is the left arm and stongarm is the right arm
hay balt you have mistransformed ultrabee you have to switch strongarm and sideswipe and its not windbreake its wildbreak
What is wrong with the commenters? This is for 5 year-olds! Look at the basic transformations! Get over yourselves! And BTW, most G1 versions of these figures had just as simple transformations!
The individual robot modes are equal to that of the transformers animated McDonald’s toys
This is just depressing
Sideswipe = bumblebee = strongarm = the leg dinobot grimlock that will become ultra bee
The first thing I hear:
"What's going on gays" - baltmatrix
i watched this a while ago and honestly tho the show and toyline were straight terrible i hoped that maybe the combiner aspect would be cool- and obviously it isnt. i wish there was a 3rd party company out there that would make a much better ultra bee bc i always like combiners especially ones that arent just 5 robots cuz sometimes the engineering is creative
it should have been strong arm on the left .
rewatch the episode
Strong arm is meant to be on the left
the giant robot is T H I C C lol
They make happy meal transformers look good
remember when toys where fun
The Screaming Sword.
