Starscream, wind chaser turbozord, a drill tank version of the zenith carrierzord, and a racecar version of x-dragon from rescue fire. That's what i see when i look at this team.
This had lots of development over the first robot in the series, and come to think of it, this is also the first time seeing a plane-type vehicle in the series despite the original robot of Ray didn't get its own toy until MiniForce X, when he got a triple changing black robot. The second season of MiniForce X went into going Golion meets Kakure Daishogun tack, of construction and military vehicles. In this case, I kinda like the fact they used Sammy's part to form the head, after Lucy had her part in the first one, and Max, in the later Pentatron X. Maybe just maybe in a later season, Volt might form the head at last... unless you count the two sub-combiners in the first series.
The combined robot bugs me on the design enough that I shall list the issues. Why put the drills on the side of the feet instead of making them the feet? It looks like it has no feet or at least toes because of it. Legs just seem too small for me. That empty space between blue and yellow makes it look like it's insides were carved out. Why make the jet just hang off the back? Couldn't it be possible to make a piece of the jet become something that helps with one of the issues I stated before?
I always like seeing Baltmatrix do these non-Transformers transforming robot toys. Unfortunately, I've not yet seen one I'm interested in getting myself.
Same. They are very interesting and always excites me to see a western consumer's perspective on eastern robots and not just japan but Korean and Chinese figures.
If you are into Power Rangers zords at all, I would suggest looking into the Giant Saver line (Chinese power rangers). The bots from those two lines (Giant Saver Space Deleter and Giant Saver Rescue) are really good, IMO. Not cheap feeling at all and very sturdy. Also bought mine from Sirtoys, but got hooked on them from watching Benscollectibles' review of them.
I don't own the original set myself but from what I've seen I *think* this KO might be a little smaller. The quality seems to be about the same though.

Hey I have some knockoff mini force toys....it’s the fall of cybertron bruticus....but vortex(I think) has his arms backwards, their super fragile and look nothing like the mini force robots Oh yeah a ton of the hands and weapons are also weirdly aligned so sometimes you get floppy weapons or just no weapon holding in general

Several folks have reported a buzzing in my last several videos. I haven't heard in while editing until I was working on a video last night. I'm working on tracking down the cause since I only JUST heard it for the first time last night.
I have all the original figures from this set and have reviewed them on my channel last year, the original is bigger than this KO and the build quality appears to be worse, it's hardly got any of the paint apps this has, no light piping I'm aware of and the combiner needs to be supported to stand up at all, needless to say I found these figures to be a huge disappointment, of the 4 Sammybot is half decent but the others are Garbage especially Maxbot who was by far the worst Transforming toy I bought last year so count yourself lucky that you didn't shell out for the Original set
You REALLY should mention in the title that this is a knock off and not an official figure. You have problems with various joints on the bots and the gray flap on yellow, but you don’t mention if other people with the official product have these issues.
yeah I'll stay away from this KO set, as spending over $100 AUD wouldn't even get me to buy it even though it looks cool but the Pink Car robot has so many problems that I would want to throw it in the bin

This is s3 of the series. It is a good series for 4-5 year olds. My daughter loved the series but I wasnt buying her a 480 for a kids toy.
