Its not a quickshifter. Notice he rolls off the throttle every up shifts. Just good riding skills thats all. And in my experience to have a satisfying rev match is to be in higher revs 6-8k and up will do. Smoother and sounds meaner.
Love the R Nine T's especially the Urban GS. Lucky to have tried one on a superb stretch of twisting mountain rd. Felt like a pilot of an old war plane. Didn't want to give it back, Sublime ride.

Just bought myself a 2017 R9T Scrambler, rode back through mountains, forest, and freeway; 5 hours home; got back in the dark. Next morning at 7.30 out for another 4 hours ride, such an enjoyable bike to ride
I have a 2023 RnineT Scrambler. I love these bikes. Have no interest in ever owning a different bike after I got one of these. Had over thirty bikes throughout my life, but this was the first one that I connected with on such a deep level. It's like having an old school bike from the 1980s with modern day power, modern day tech, and none of the hassle of constantly working on your bike to keep it running.
For me this is good camera angle, i love it.. and the way you throttles before changing gear to gear and reduced speed then cornering. Everything is amazing. Keep recording bro..
This my friend is an OUTSTANDING video i’m even more in love with my nine t after seeing this!!!! The peace of nature and the grunt\smoothness of the bike together is just awesome!!! Youre driving Really in control, super skills!
Glad you finally got round to doing the 9t! I love mine. I wasn't really into the way they look at first tbh but I rode one on a friends recommendation and had to have one! I've done everything from sitting all day on the motorway to taking it off road in Scotland and everything inbetween and it never complains! If I had one criticism it'd be that the boxer engine makes it a bit wide in the city for filtering. I have the "lesser" pure model and the brakes are more than good enough and the suspension is quite happy to let you scrape pegs all day! Great bike and top video 😊

I had a R NineT Scrambler as a rental in Arizona for a day... I didn't care for the ergonomics (uncomfortable seat and all of the controls were pretty numb), but I *did* fall in love with that engine.

Also von mir aus her mit der Rückfahrt :) Zur R9T: Leider konnte ich sie noch nicht fahren. Im Laden empfand ich die Sitzposition recht gestreckt durch den langen Tank, frage mich ob das bei der Fahrt auch auffällt. Theoretisch wäre aber so ein Nakedbike/"Roadster" mit Boxermotor nahe am theoretischen Ideal für ein Nakedbike, das auf der Straße einfach Spaß machen soll.
Mir fällt die Sitzposition nach ein paar Kilometern nicht mehr auf. Sofern du keine grösseren Rückenbeschwerden hast sollte das kein Problem sein. Die Probefahrt MUSST du nachholen! Ich geb meine nicht mehr her. :D
@@davidmarki3039 Hatte mal eine R850R als Leihbike als meine MT07 beim Service war und die hat schon trotz des echt lahmen Motors einfach Spaß gemacht. So ein Boxer ist einfach "geil" was das Feeling betrifft. Macht irgendwie Spaß nach unten zu sehen und die Zylinder zu sehen. Den Schwerpunkt merkt man auch. Falls du Österreicher bist: Es ist einfach Leiwand :D

fun bikes, I didnt pay them much attention until I saw the BMW R nineT 100 Years version and had a demo on one - awesome fun bike to ride. moves well too under 100mph (and I dont often go above 100!)

Kjoffy thats so funny because while I love my RNineT as a bike, the boxer sound takes some getting used to. I think 270 parallel twins and V Twins sound better. The boxer sound is certainly unique though... flatulent. Haha.
@@yewtube007 I ride a Kawasaki Zx10r '08 by myself, but when riding the R-nine boxer my smile was wider than ever before on my own bike. I do need to say that the Ducati 620 with open exhaust of my gf sound better than a four stroke racer indeed. But that's a Ducati and all of them do have a great sound.

My favourite boxer engine the twin cam boxer 110 hp loads of low and mid range torque perfect for back roads .a future classic .
