Yep, this is an expensive cord, but if you have a use case where you are really sick of tangled cords, i think it is worth the price. This is the second magnetically self wrapping cord and it is far better than the previous one which had small magnets fitted between sections. Excellent replacement or for use as a spare, this charger works exceptionally well! I am very pleased and have been using it daily
Just for comparison in case you don't know, a MagSafe wireless charger maxes out at 15 watts and a standard Qi wireless charger maxes out at 7.5 watts. I typically charge my phone overnight using a 5 watt brick.
