It probably was hard for her to be in the group when the previous two members were kicked out because they spoke up but they could’ve handled things better. Mathew risked a lot to make the group a success, including his financial stability as well as his marriage. He gave up his six-figure career, which put a major strain on his marriage. After all he had done he was not going to let any child tell him how to run things. All of their main issues was with Mathew not Beyonce, hence why the two original members are still friends with Bey to this day, they even went to her recent Ren tour. If she was such a "bully", I am sure they would want absolutely nothing to do with her.
