Dang, this is almost exactly how the Showbiz in Laurel, Maryland was laid out. The only difference was the area to the left as you walked in----at Laurel it was all video games, and the prize/merch counter was moved down past the pickup counter. We always sat in that back row of booths in the RAE room far from the stage speakers because it was so loud while it was playing that you had to yell to talk.
