INSTRUCTIONS
1. Take steak out in CRYOVAC.
2. On a clean surface of chopping board gently place the steak.
3. using the Jaccard tenderizer press crisscross on the steak and repeat the process.
4. Using tongs flip the steak and repeat the process.
5. Use Baste oil and seasonings to seasoned the steak and prepare to cook on desire doneness.
