------ Austin - American special premium Tier X cruiser. CL-154-class cruisers were designed in the U.S. as a further development of the Atlanta-class cruisers. They featured larger hull dimensions and replaced main battery guns with the new 127 mm/54-caliber guns. The new guns had a higher rate of fire and longer range while also firing a heavier projectile. The plan was to build six cruisers-the ships were even assigned hull numbers. However, the construction was ultimately canceled due to cuts in the naval budget.

This game is also a great indicator of Austin's weakness - its game impact. When your team decides to become a basket of doornobs, pushes into the enemy's concave, and die, Austin performs as well as a Jinan - as shown in the first half of this match. And then you find yourself in a 5v9 where even if you kill 8 ships with your divmate it doesn't really save the game.
First half of the battle was a bit boring but the second half was good too watch but too be fair there was quite a few potatoes on the enemy team looing at you Brest, Brisbane and Alaska B the Brest did not even shoot or even turn his guns towards you just sailed past broadside and the Brisbane sailing straight into torps lol.
They are angels compared to that friendly Fletcher. The Fletcher is a literaly spy. I suspect he smoked up the whole friendly flank at around 3:00 - 3:20, all while the Brisbane probably radared every single one of them, immediately followed by the Harugumo spotting them through smoke firing penalty, directly causing the team to lose a 6 vs 3 on A. To make matters worse, he did it again at around 7:30 (You can see the smokescreen at ~8:20), giving the Harugumo a free American smoke to farm the Henri, hammering the last nail into the coffin. He is the true MVP of this match, and a living demonstration of why clueless players as him should not be playing dds.

All that and they probably got zero comps. Last 2 krakens I got (and won) garnered ZERO comps. Pathetic player base these days in every way.
How many clowns can be in one game lol, is that Breast blind? Wtf is wrong with the Brisbane? He has no hydro or whatever? He don't know u have torps? What the fk with the gearing that could just be hiding behind an island... and not to mention the yamato, and finally of cos, a no cv game. every time I try to austin there is a malta on the opposite who will definitely come for me

sometimes you get an illusion that this game is about the competition of which side dies first.
Your teammates will have to patch up your mistake by getting two of them sunk immediately after you "accidentally" killed an enemy.

Austin needs radar and another rack of torps per side.
A radar would make her an actual steel ship. Currently she feels like a research bureau ship, extremely gimicky but doesn't have the match winning level of skill ceiling that's typical for steel ships. A Jinan side grade, if you will.
I can tell your not a dd main, giving a light cruiser SAP ship with a 75% reload booster radar is death to any dd.
@@EraserNZ oh the horror of DD's actually having to fear a ship for a change. I've played DD's plenty to know they are the easiest class to play due to all the bullshit advantages they get, especially against BB's, all in the name of balance...horseshit.
@@nicholasmelby5361 the fact you say dd's are the easiest class to play shows you have no clue, cv's are by far the easiest thing to play as they are not punished for mistakes made with planes and dd's die very fast when they make mistakes or run in to things like Radar, cv plane spoting, enemy dd's spoting.
If you can't see how bad it would be putting a radar on a light cruiser with SAP and a reload booster there is no help talking any common sense to you. When i play wooster i kill dd's in 2-3 salvos and that does not have sap or reload booster.

Was it the time at ~5:00? Yeah you should be aggressively fighting dds if you actually try to win. With that said, that was a halland rushing into a Z-52. I doubt anything could've turned that around.
13:15 was a torp hit for sure in the rear...
