Tiff I was thinking while watching that you never complain about having your stoma. While yes you’ve had issues with what to eat etc, you never moan about having it. I feel this video so much. I'm a stage 4 colon cancer survivor. It'll be three years in remission this May. I have a constant low-grade fear of it coming back because treatment and surgery is so hard, and recovering from it has been challenging emotionally and physically. I don't know what it is about the MRI machine, but it makes me cry every single time. But CT scans, I don't. Maybe it's because I've had so many. Who knows? I wish so much that I listened to my body 4 1/2 years ago. I KNEW something was wrong but excused it for other things that were valid but deep down I knew something bigger was going on. I handle things so differently now. The first weird symptom and I'm at my doctors questioning what's going on. I dont' know if that will ever end.
spell word I do have had sorry for the new spelled words I have cataracts I need to get them out. I’ve been telling you this forever so many other problems that needs surgery but I really need to get these cataracts out because I see things that sound kind of stupid. Sometimes they don’t come out right so forgive me please Tiffany love you bye-bye have a blessed day take care, love your family too. I really do especially little ones Ella. And Austin growing they’re both growing so fast and they’re both beautiful. Very lucky to have such a wonderful family and a wonderful wonderful man. like an angel say hi to your lovely Oma. I also feel this video so much. I am a stage III C b cancer survivor and the side effects to treatment are haunting. I feel blessed every day to be here . But what you say about the scans is real and always in the back of my mind….what if… enjoy today for today and feel your blessings for today. Tiff, your journey coincided with mine, although different we went through our treatment and surgeries together. Healing journey’s… unless you’ve been there it’s difficult to understand . I had my scan on Wednesday and i am usually so anxious, i don't have the contrast because it doesn't agree with me it's a worry because the contrast helps them to see better. I have to wait now for results, the MRI machines are so much better now there more like the CT scanner at my hospital so it's not like a coffin box and it was only 15 minutes instead of 45 so happy with that. Results is the scary bit my fingers are crossed. So happy that you are good for now and hopefully me too. We got this💙💙💙💙💙💙

I also had a whole body scan last Friday without Contrast dye. I have kidney disease so can’t have contrast. I think anything major will show up

I know the feeling, I wish I had been diagnosed earlier as well. When I was diagnosed it was because of severe back pain from a tumor pressing on a vertebrae, only symptom, and I was diagnosed at stage 4 when I was 37. They said the only reason they had not checked or found it sooner was because of my age and being to young for them to look for cancer. I urge everyone to get checked and scanned at least every 5 years, regardless of age, because despite what the doctors think, cancer doesn't check ID. The Past is gone and cant be changed, the Future is unknown and will be what the Universe wants it to be, all we can do is look to the Present, Live in the moment and love our life and people that we have in it. my cancer has returned. im so upset. they made a mistake and told me 1 year followup and itvshould have been 6 months. so it grew with no one knowing it.

My sweet Tiffany, you are the most gentlest soul, and beautiful person that I have ever followed on RUclips. You are so sincere and honest and transparent about your life and what you go through and you really don’t have to share that with us. It’s an honor. But one thing I would like to say as a Christian, don’t ever let anyone tell you not to say that you are blessed! We should all say that we are blessed because if God has brought you through some mountains and tests in your life and you can testify that God saw you through and is with you then never be ashamed to say you are blessed. I feel you. When I had a lump on my inner thigh my Dr told me it was nothing and as we get older we get lumps and bumps. It didn't go away so a month later after a different doctor did a biopsy I was told I had lymphoma. I now have a super aggressive, highly educated oncologist I love and gets my need for aggressive treatments
I wish you were diagnosed earlier too. You do have a propensity to ignore things by shopping, make up, eating etc. I have said before that you should see a therapist for your anxiety, not just for you but for those around you - they get it too. You speak to thousands of people you don't know, so what is so frightening about one person connected to your trusted team? The scary part is that anxiety changes your body. You could well develop depression on top of it, which is worse all round. You can't hide this it's there and it will stay. People and animals sense unbalance, my cat got my PTSD and I was in therapy. Think of others your sister Mum nephew and niece they know already, without understanding the genesis of their feelings.
If you can't do it for you, at least think of your natural family, it will be such a relief for you and them to unload your greatest fears to a compassionate and experienced therapist. Give them a break.
Totally concur..Tiffany you would benefit to tell a non invested person your thoughts feelings, fears, etc…these can be hard for loved ones to hear and hard for you to share…delaying your mental health concerns can affect your physical health as well
I have developed ulcers, heart palpitations, some panic attacks (besides anxiety attacks) and a very painful pelvic floor dysfunction condition from my untreated anxiety. I will never be the same.

I love biscotti! There is a little Deli and coffee shop in Thornham Norfolk, near Hunstanton and around 8-10 miles from the royal Sandringham estate, called 'The Thornham Deli' and it makes the most fabulous biscotti on site! It's a gorgeous biscotti recipe with added pistachio, flaked almonds and sultanas...they are absolutely devine! Every time I visit my Aunts barn conversion holiday home in Holme-next the sea, which is a quaint little quiet village very close to Thornham, I always stock up on a few bags to bring home....those and a bottle of the local Notfolk made St Giles gin which has a beautiful citrusy and pink peppercorn flavour and is absolutely fabulous on a warm summer evening 😊

Sweet Tiffany, vitamins A,D,E,K are fat-soluble and are absorbed in a presence of fat, thats why they are adding the olive oil. Olive oil has also other great benefits, just get the extra virgin cold pressed oil, make sure its not a blend of other oils.

I found a mass in my right breast a month ago and I’m scheduled to have a cat scan, a diagnostic mammogram, a chest X-ray and an ultra sound. I’m not worried because I’m sure it’s a cyst. There’s no history of breast cancer in my family but my Dr. Wants to be sure. Tiffany you’re such an inspiration to all of us.
I went through that as well. If you have any questions or want to chat, I’m here for you! I’m BRCA1+ and have had 2 masses surgically removed in 2 years. I have a family history of breast cancer. I’ve taken 5 years of Tamoxifen and had a radical hysterectomy to try and prevent breast cancer. This Wednesday is scan day for me!
My mil ignored the symptoms then went to the hospital with sore stomach in February scans showed advance cancer in liver,lungs and stomach 2 weeks later she was gone we are still in shock 😢😔😓

Glad you're back at work Tiffany it will help you so much taking your mind off of things still praying for you anyway with the bags under your eyes and the dark circles it doesn't seem like the ice pack you put under your eyes are working try ice cream with caffeine someone told me that that helps with the bags and the dark circles under the eyes not trying to be rude I think you're absolutely beautiful just trying to help you may God bless you and your beautiful family

Scans scare me too, but the way I look at it is without having the scans, you would not know if anything IS wrong, so they are needed to keep me healthy. Thanking God for your blessings should NEVER be something we have to apologize for!!! It’s sad that you have to be careful what you say because someone that doesn’t believe in God might be upset. When someone that is young passes away, it is very difficult for us to understand why God would take someone so young, but you have to have faith. Faith is the only thing that will help us through. God is the only one who knows our future and maybe there is something worse that he was saving us from. We will never know until we meet him face-to-face.

Me too! I am stage 4 as well...Stay Grand regardless! I have soft tissue Sarcomas everywhere they are removing the growths, going through near the same as you...it started in my sigmoid colon...well it started with H. Pylori, which I try everything yet it wont go fully away..

My last surgery was to have the tumors removed from my two big toes...the worst part was the 4 needles around my toe nail beds to numb my toes...I "thought" it was ingrown toe nails...no, it was soft tissue sarcoma again growing over my toe nails....I had that done last Thursday, and though they are yellow for the moment, I can see my toenails...the doctors say my nails will come back to correct color, I have to soak them 2-3 times a day in a special solution to remove fungus...YUK! So glad this is over and they were able to remove it all without damaging my toes too much, caught it a bit early this time!
