The collector's edition gets a 65 minute anime movie, but the home versions also get anime intro and endings for each character. There is a rumor that there will be anime cutscenes in between fights in the arcade mode as well.
There'e is an error in Gen's dialogue translation at 1:58. He didn't say "Die! Let the both of you Die!" The more accurate tranlslation is "Now Fight, Fight" ...and the rest of the remaining dialogue is okay.
Its ok if some 1 speculated. Its never denied nor accepted by capcom. A spoiler of relation probably revealed at the end of series i guess currently still open story with what if conclusion. From the direction cannon story going on in game its probably more likely he is related. Since akuma path of legendary demon shin oni is confirm now in sf 5. And akuma soul merge with this demon and grant access to perform sgs and ryu found by gouken near akuma cave forest field.
Gen never gets killed by Gouki/Akuma lol. He was about to but Gouki saw that he was dying anyways with leukemia so technically he did not finish him off. You are correct though that is Gen on the floor.

They should be doing, The Anime movie that came with the collector edition was a prequel to the game, but as I heard, there will be two other movies coming out, one talking about the aftermath named..."the aftermath" (of course) and another one named "Chun Li's story" (Not to be confused with the live action one. I look forward to these two.

I saw the older anime where Ryu and Akuma faced off, it was pretty cool, extremely awkward animation style, and Akuma isn't really a "badguy" all he does is encourage the Dark Hado in Ryu, and keep in mind he did kill BIson in SF2, he's a nuetral party
Actually this movie doesn't come with the Collector's Edition, but the one that DOES come with it (Ties That Bind) plays just fine once you put it into your 360. The one that comes with the Collector's Edition focuses more on Seth than anything. Akuma doesn't even show up.

Think about this, Ryu gets considerably more powerful when he gives in to the satsui no hado, what chances does he have against the man who has been training under the satsui no hado for decades and has mastered it. Don't forget that just like Ryu has greatly improved by SF3, so has Akuma, wielding most destructive power than ever. The kid won't catch up to him, not now, not ever. Btw Akuma is clearly sandbagging AGAIN (just like in their first battle back in alpha 2), his purpose is always to push Ryu to his limits, not beat him or kill him, to force him to embrace the satsui no hado. The man levels mountains with his fists, he could've one shot Ryu and Ken easily. And while we are at it, Gouken is at Akuma's level because he has mastered the power of nothingness (mu no ken) which is pretty much the opposite of the satsui no hado and apparently equal in power. Again, Ryu might be able to tap into this power on rare occasions but he has a long way to go to be as powerful as someone who has mastered it through decades of training (Gouken in this case).
***** No way, Akuma on base has feats that put evil ryu to shame. Splitting ayers rocks, sinking an island, destroying armored ships/submarines. Ryu has canon wise tapped into Mu no Ken ONCE, he is far from mastering it.
***** Base Akuma in SF4 has the shin shun goku satsu, an improved version of the regular sgs which evil ryu has. Now base Akuma in SF3 is overkill, he has the kongu kokuretsu zan, a move that levels mountains. Yes maybe he will master Mu no Ken at some point in SF5, we'll see. He coud probably learn senjutsu from oro as well.

i feel cheated , this looks ten times better than the ties that bind , this is why i got the ce version of sf4 . any way every one must see street fighter the legend of chun li ,cheesy - some parts . story - well if u want to see bisons orgins as well as chun li it will be a treat , over all a great low budget film

according to the storyline akuma sealed bison's psycho power, thus suposedly killing him, however he managed to survive and reappear in sf4
