So my humidor is seasoned now. When do I add more solution etc? I see all kids of videos about how to season a humidor but none about maintaining them.

Put in a boveda bag 69-72% depending on how good humidor holds humidity.

They “claim” boveda bags don’t work well with their products. So instead they have a $40 a year refill pack where you have to add and refill every few months. Leaning towards a boveda bag after I season it

Just seasoned my klaro humidor today, its been like 10hours and my moisture level is 77%. Should i wait one or two days more to see if it changes ?

It's been a month since you asked this question, and no one answered. What did you end up doing? And I would wait two more days just to be sure. But what did you end up doing? And how is its humidity levels now?

@@Kcseales I left it open till the level reached 70%, then it stabilised. I have 4 cigars inside, and the moist level is doing fine. I fill it up when needed and have like 74% then refill it maybe a week later when it drops to 65. Dont know if thats the good way but i say to myself that ill learn from my mistakes. I have a boveda bag ready to try if the gel solution doest not work long term

@MSVK3 it seems like it all is trial and error. I have a humidor, but it is hit and miss. Since yesterday it was at 74% humidity. But when I opened it and put the cigars in, it went down to 69%. I put my Cubans in there and I'm just waiting to see how it is looking today. Then I'll check every morning.
I think Im about ready to just get an electric humidor, so I don't have to keep doing this.

@Kcseales well, it's normal that when you open up the lid you loose some humidity. But when closed up again it should be back to normal. You should also consider the fact that when you buy some cigars they may be a little dry, so when you put them on your humidor the humidity level can drop a little faster till the cigars are on the humidity level that you want on your box.
As for the electric humidor, I don't know about them, it sounds like a good dead, but for an occasional cigar smocker like me that smokes maybe 2/3 cigars a month, only on special occasions, for the price that the electric humidor may cost it isn't a good choice in my opinion.
Sorry for my bad English, and also all I tell may not be 100% correct. I'm still learning 😀

@MSVK3 That's funny, I actually puff fewer cigars than you. I puff a cigar every one or two years. I just like collecting cigars. For instance, I have some Romeo Y Juliette cigars, which I bought over ten years ago, which are still in excellent condition. I want to start collecting some more cigars. But it doesn't make sense if my humidor isn't working as well as I want it to.
I just bought two Davidoff Signature 6000 cigars. I want to puff them by Monday.
My next problem with cigars is lighting it perfectly so you get the taste in the cigar immediately. I hate getting that bitter taste. I really only had two great cigar puffing experiences. The rest have only been okay. But here's to the best! 😁

60 gram 84% Boveda packs for each 25 cigars the humidor will hold. Wait two weeks.... done.

You seem like a nice guy but, no. Sponge, distilled water, and a Boveda 69% packet, 1 hour and you're done. You know bro.

a sponge is the least you want in a humidor, the wood in a humidor is sanded, if you go with a spounge you get the wood unsanded again, thats what you do not want.

@@Cornealious I did not saay that it was damaging your humidor , just that the sanded wood become unsanded again.
