for it's price the i7 4790 is better than i5 7500. considering both cpu is not natively support windows 11 even i5 7500 is ddr4. maybe saving a little bit money for an i3 10100f or ryzen 3100 for longer upgrades is better
I guess, CPU limitation in a specific game engine threshold because I had no issue when I was getting avg 95-100 FPS on a different GPU and with that i5-7500 in FH5...appearently it's causing a bandwith issue after 120 FPS limit because of insufficent core counts I suppose

I want to play it all. on high and in the first part I have ugly stuttering freezing I try everything to change compatibility limit the fps run as administrator try to see if it was one of the cores that generated problems check for viruses everything is fine it seems that in my case I have to play it on low and with things deactivated it seems like a joke, the funny thing about all this is that it is a game from 2012, what could it be? it wiĺl definitely decrease the bottleneck and improve your gaming performance, but i7 4790 is still not capable for providing 100% of gtx 1070...
