Blooming heck 2025 where does the time go ? I’m working New Year’s Eve night so I won’t be brewing but what a great idea to brew in the next year 👍🍻 we’ve just got fibre optic in our little village here in the UK ,it used to take me 3 hours to upload a 20 minute video to RUclips on phone lines it now takes me 4 minutes it’s a game changer. Cheers for the update 👍🍻
I'm a little late to the party so I'm not sure if you'll get this or figured things out yet, but I have some ideas. What about Kevin's double peach West Coast IPA for New Year's Eve to commemorate him? He really liked that one and put is recipe up and so let me know if you're interested in the repice. My second idea is to brew up a huge bourbon stout. You get get some of that special Kentucky bourbon and start soaking a few oak cubes in bourbon now. The beer would be perfectly aged in a year so you could enjoy and review your start to 2025 stout at the end of the year, which also has some local bourbon. Just my 2 cents, cheers.
On the rocks! LOL Reminds me how I was drinking some Philippines RED HORSE beer with ice in the glass. I think they put gin in the beer. That is what they say. Bar and a Wall of Fame! How cool is that. I say brew what ever you see fit to brew! God Bless ya Brother! (what happened to Nate and Under the Table?? )

Currently have an English Bitter in the fermenter!! Cheers Sir!
That sounds like a great idea. I would love to find a hand pull set up for here!!! That would taste great on cask.
Getting back into my favorite hobby! I'll be back!
That’s great to hear!! Brew on

Still working out the set up here brother, but yeah it’s fun. Not sure about Nate, I’ll ask.
Cheers
Good to hear from you young'un. Quite wavin' all the great Kentuckey Bourbons in my face. Does Mare know you're so despicable. Cheerz.
She is well aware….and partakes in the madness periodically.
Cheers
I've been enjoying brewing English bitters and dark milds
Sounds yummy
Not brewing is the best thing you've done in years, maybe ever. Leave it to the pros and fill that garage with store-bought MALT LIQUOR, Little Brain.
But what if I’m brewing like a pro? The more I brew the better I get.
