Just kegged the English Bitter I mentioned and even though I hit all my numbers it comes off as a little thin in body. Needs to carbonate but yeah, concerned. Cheers Sir!

I exclusively do 30min boils, so any hop at 30min is my bittering addition 😜

I don't know why I don't make Saison more often. It's a great dry beer with little trouble and lots of flavor. Cheerz.

I'm a little late to the party so I'm not sure if you'll get this or figured things out yet, but I have some ideas. What about Kevin's double peach West Coast IPA for New Year's Eve to commemorate him? He really liked that one and put is recipe up and so let me know if you're interested in the repice. My second idea is to brew up a huge bourbon stout. You get get some of that special Kentucky bourbon and start soaking a few oak cubes in bourbon now. The beer would be perfectly aged in a year so you could enjoy and review your start to 2025 stout at the end of the year, which also has some local bourbon. Just my 2 cents, cheers.

For the record, it is not Wednesday. Contaminated homebrew has addled this man's brain to tgevpoint he no longer knows what day it is. Maintain and indeed increase cerebral function by drinking MALT LIQUOR.

Blooming heck 2025 where does the time go ? I’m working New Year’s Eve night so I won’t be brewing but what a great idea to brew in the next year 👍🍻 we’ve just got fibre optic in our little village here in the UK ,it used to take me 3 hours to upload a 20 minute video to RUclips on phone lines it now takes me 4 minutes it’s a game changer. Thanks for sharing your time honoring Kevin and being with the Clements family. You said exactly what I'd imagine about how great they are. While it's still tough to lose Kevin it's good to know the Clements family is going strong and a part Kevin will always live on with them.
