Thank you for this video. Our handle broke and thanks to you I took it apart glued the handle back together and reassembled the sweeper. The first time I did not have the plug in in the right position. Took it apart again and double-checked it before I put all the screws in. Thank you again, it works like a charm.
Yes you R a tech angel!! I am so glad I found your vid. My shark ( V2950) would only run for 10 secs before quitting. I had even just bought a new battery. Was ready to throw out this vac. Then after your excellent instructions on how to take out the roller brush and clean the ends it now works. The manual with its illustrations are not helpful .. AT ALL. But you are a life saver or should i say VACUUM saver !! ha ha I should have known to take it out and inspect the ends. That's what the prob was. There was old hair wrapped around the end thingy inside . You saved me soooo much money. Thanks a bunch!

Thank you very much for this video, I have almost the same vacuum it's a different color but I never used it and we threw away the box and so I never knew how to clean it so I do thank you again for this video because I wanted to start using it since it's just been collecting dust and basically the vacuum needs to be vacuumed LOL
There's a newer model but mine died after 18 months. I bought a WANDVAC instead - it's awesome for picking up cat hair and litter (my primary use). Mostly on wood floors.
Yes, it could be the charger. Walmart sells a multifunction charger. Or, you could see if you have an old charger that has the exact same output and polarity and try it..
When I plug it in to charge the charging light comes on but after the light turns off and I go to vaccuum it doesn't turn on. What do you think is the problem?
I took the brush out to clean it and now the brush won't spin to pick up trash. I put the belt back on where the teeth are but it's just not making the brush spin. Any ideas on how to correct this problem?
Lucky to pay a dollar because I bought 4 at $55 a piece cause the handle continually breaks off...piece of junk very very cheaply made..do not recommend buying one unless you get it for $1 that's all it's worth.
You might be being to forceful on the handle if you’ve broken four of them. I love my Shark vac and thanks to this video I know how to work on it and love it more!

How do I put the lower handle back on vacuum
The weak link the swivel handle. The plastic piece that goes into machine breaks but easy fix when you order the plastic insert for about 8 dollars.

The Shark stick vacuum is super lightweight and manuverable. I would say is for a light duty. So it all depends what your needs are.

Make sure do you brush orientation is correct one and has a square post. Also, make sure the belt is on and connects to the teeth.
I didn't see any filter.
I had taken my brush out to clean it but when i put it bk in the brush doesnt turn like it should, what do i do to make it turn?.
Ensure the square end of the roller is full seated into the square indention. Otherwise, the roller will not be grabbed/spun.
You can wash the removable dirt tray!! 😂
