Love Best Coast. Such great melodies and tones. Saw them when they toured their first album. Hope I can open a show for them one day.

it just goes to say that being a successful musician isn't entirely based on skill or virtuosity towards your instrument...some kid could learn two chords and write a better song than someone who has mastered the guitar over many years, it comes down to your ability and creativity as an artist..if all that mattered was skill level we all wouldn't be here, we'd be on Steve Vai's boring ass guitar endorsement or at a G3 concert

since it was made in 1958? compared to a tele or mustang, it's pretty damn big. offset guitars are generally big and odd shaped anyways
