    Here is her pizza dough recipe
    3 ½ cups of All Purpose Flour · 2 tsp Salt · 1 tsp Sugar · 2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil · 1 1/3 cups of Warm Water, 110 degrees · 1 Envelope of Yeast.
    OMG why couldn’t someone do this for me. But I am happy I found it. To bake I go!

      I still haven’t found how much of each ingredient what so hard with just saying the quantity when saying the ingredient

    I just took a honey wheat loaf out of the oven and in a very few minutes I'll be baking this french loaf. Yours looks amazing like everything you cook or bake. Earlier today I made the pasta with olive oil and garlic 😋 actually been making that for years

    Hi Laura thanks for the recipe! A few bread recipes I’ve seen mention adding the yeast and salt separately and divided from eachother so the salt doesn’t kill the yeast. Does that not apply here?

      James, I have to say that confuses me, too. Everyone that shows a bread tutorial does it differently and yet they all come out just fine. Maybe it only kills the yeast if the yeast isn't fresh.? Idk...

      It’s because she used instant yeast. Otherwise, keep them separate and proof the yeast in the warm water.

      After baking. When you thaw them you can splash them with some water and pop in the oven at 400F for a few minutes to crisp up.

    When Laura says that it's so good to throw in the freezer at 4:14 , what does she mean? Freezing the dough or the baked bread? Can I freeze the dough?

      I have the same question. Like when is it good to freeze…right after mixing in the stand mixer or after it’s proof for 2hrs??

      Episode numbes are very helpful. Even if they were started new each year. Some kind of code is useful.

      Intros are no longer popular or necessary. Time is of the essence. I personally don't like intros and would skip them given the option.

    Hi Laura. Recipe says use paddle in stand mixer for dough. You are using a dough hook. Should we use hook or paddle? I’m going to go with video. Thanks.
