Great video, brother! You’re fun to watch. Thanks for getting out ‘n’ about. That little neighborhood was chill, mostly, except for the middle-finger guy and Captain Save-a-ho in the Delta Grove. I think he got himself worked up, and the ladies inside didn’t really want him to bug you. About your ex-LEO friend worried about you being arrested, I can’t see you putting yourself in a situation where you would. A few auditors who do get cuffed etc., go to places (i.e., a gov’t building) with an unconstitutional policy about filming, and challenge that policy on purpose. Not to say they “instigate” or “bait cops” or whatever in that situation. It’s to legally challenge the “sign on the wall”, but they do that with a lawyer on retainer and the means to take it that far. I’m thinking of Long Island and Press NH in particular. Anyway, I like the buzzer, and I liked the “insti-gator” too. Peace, brother! ✌️
Something I just don't understand. Filming in public is fine. We all know that. I occasionally do it. BUT, what gets me is why do you feel you need to flaunt it all over? I dont feel the NEED to exercise this right. I know I wont lose it. Itll always be there. Peoples reaction is that ghe general population doesnt want yo be splashed all over social media for someone ELSE'S profit. More people need to be educated on RUclips TOS and how they can file private strikes. Since RUclips is a private company, there is no 1st Amendment violation.
Also, people typically do not like being stared at; especially when they're eating. Keep the camera moving and you'll get fewer negative reactions (oh, wait, that's what you want😮)
I guess you don't get it. The motivation behind flaunting is the hopes someone will violate your rights which is pretty cut And dried for a lawsuit with video evidence. Nobody does anything unless there's a payoff.

If you don't exercise your rights, and no one else does as well, then they quickly disappear. At 75, I remember when my dog was free to travel the neighborhood without being on a leash; when I could travel the entire town at 9 years old without fear or any repercussions for my parents for "improper" parenting; I can remember when one could carry guns in their vehicle to my high school (and NO ONE got shot); I remember when one listened to the speaker and then gave reasoned argument to refute statements with which one disagreed - and no one wanted or needed a "safe space."
