What the security guard did other than impersonating is called harassment so you’re not gonna report the harassment and assault when somebody comes up and gets in your face actually threatened to handcuff you

It’s astounding that you can’t explain to the police what happened here’s what happened you were on the sidewalk recording. A security guard said that he was the police. He got in your face several times and bumped into you. Basically pushed you off the property where you had to back up into the street where he claimed the street is also their property so the officer can’t tell you that you can’t be in the street when apparently the street isn’t a regular public street, it’s part of a historic place to visit, but you said none of that you you often talked about what the hell is wrong with you

I don’t recognize wan-be security & due to historical history would definitely defend my self if needed. This security guard is an idiot & a threat to safety. If he was hurt while attacking a victim I would love to be on the jury because whatever happened to him his victim would go free & his company as well as his personal freedom & finances would be my target. Security guards are wan-be LEOs with zero immunity. Once he touched you he committed simple assault but being armed I believe it could be escalated to felony assault.

Then at the 53 minute mark actually tells his audience to call the museum to have the black security guard fired to teach him a lesson. This is not a government entity. This is a private non profit. Apparently that minor stroke he had did some extra brain damage because make it make sense.

Sir with all due respect, you are way too soft on civil rights. As a tax paying citizen you have the right to film or record anything your eyes can see on public property. The sidewalk is considered to be publicly accessible property which you cannot be trespassed from unless you’ve committed a crime. The freedom of speech allows you to speak to anyone who is willing to speak to you in public. You did need permission from the Motel to film in public. The lady on the corner has been there for years and her cause is all about the $$$. If she does not want to be film then she must create privacy. There is no expectation of privacy in public. Be encouraged and continue to exercise your rights with firmness.
