Does that provide the stability and also does it create any jitter ?

It's only up to the Camera you're using. If it's a GoPro, DJI, Insta 360, then you won't have to worry about any jitter. If it's a DSLR\APS-C, then it's up to what your camera does. Does it have optical stabilization or no? Then it's about how flat the road you're driving on is (on a normal asphalt road there shouldn't be any issues) and of course, it's about the car. Mine has double hydraulic suspension so the ride is pretty much smooth as fu*k :D
