- 화장품 제조에서 가장 많이 사용되는 점증제(증점제)의 종류인 Carbopol, Aristoflex, Natrosol 을 상온에서 물에 각 농도별로 용해하는 공정입니다. Tandem type Homo mixer라는 K&S컴퍼니의 신규 분산장비는 윗쪽에 떠있는 파우더를 신속히 흡입하여 용해해주므로, 떠서 응집할 시간을 허락하지 않기때문에 불과 1~2분만에 상온에서 바로 용해가 가능합니다.
용해품질을 확인한 결과 정상적으로 잘 풀리는 것을 확인하였습니다.
화장품 뿐만아니라, 식품, 바이오 등의 유화공정에서도 많이 활용되기 시작하고 있습니다.

카보풀 분산할때 30도 세팅하신거 같은대...
위의 동영상은, 상온에서 시작한 것이며 높은 rpm 등 전단력이 높게 나오면 용해력도 좋아지는데, 기계적으로도 발열로 인해 온도가 높아지게 되어 그렇습니다.
온도가 높게 세팅해야한다면 자연스레 도움이 될 수 있겠습니다. 그러나 간혹 온도를 낮게 유지해야한다면 오히려 용기를 Jacket 용기를 적용해 냉각해야 할 수도 있습니다.
저희는 용기를 mixer를 제작하는 것이며 용기는 악세사리의 개념으로 보시면 되겠습니다.
