1. That guy wasn't being sentenced, he was being acquitted for being innocent and the sentence he was serving before that hearing was reversed.
2. That kid was also not getting a death sentence, he was getting 15 to life, iirc.
3. That other kid got 20-something years, so that one is wrong also.
4. Saddam hadn't been sentenced yet in that moment, he was reacting to something else said in court before sentencing.
