Hi Bill. Your content helped me while I prepared for my finance Intern role. I binged watched your videos while taking notes, and during the interview, I was asked a couple of questions. Yesterday, I used the second sample to write a thank you email, and I received a call after 1 hour. Mind you, they had said they would communicate in a week!!. I'm so glad I found your channel. I'm currently an Office Clerk and my Manager is encouraging me to apply for the AP specialist position opening in our department. Everyone in my office see my potential and I never thought about going into this field because I really didn't know what it entailed. After watching your videos I decided to apply and go back to school so I can further my education. And I know this should be a no brainer because I would also be making double that what I'm making now 😉 but I didn't want to apply if it wasn't for me.

Then, next day a recruiter from company contacted me telling me the range salary and asked me if it is good for me. What do you think? Is it that a good idea answer "depends of benefit package"?

You can answer this on the application but if they contact and ask you more specific, then you gotta give them a range

It's absolutely a thing. You will be the person they think about first when you send a thank you note.
So, I used one of the thank you email templates and customized it to my interview. I got a thank you note from the interviewer and a 2nd interview
