This music helps me sleep better then before I actually have something that isn’t that common but it is where you rock side to side this allows me to have lucid dreams but doesn’t help me sleep it is the relaxing that is the problem because I can’t stay still I’m also kind of scared if the dark. I’ve had many rough times at school because of bully’s and make me have bad dreams this music helps me so much thank you

Hello, dear lady. I used to do the same thing. I found out that certain toxins in our food affect the brain very badly! Avoid msg, carrogeenan, food dyes and preservatives. Those first 2 are neurotoxins. When I stopped eating those, the head‐rocking stopped! Become a label reader. God bless you!
