I have my very first appointment with my RE & I hope she’s as compassionate and understanding as you! I’m so grateful I’ve stumbled upon your channel! I’ve been subscribed for a while now but this video really hit home for me!
I was diagnosed with endometriosis 2 years ago and I’m finally starting my baby journey and I’m so excited and nervous at the same time. My appointment is in 10 days and I’m ready❤

I was diagnosed with endometriosis with a laparoscopy and they removed the lesions but it did not help us conceive unfortunately. We tried IVF and we only got 7 eggs and only 4 matured but ultimately they didn’t make it and we were left with nothing. I had a bunch of follicles so It made me wonder if endometriosis could affect your eggs. I wish I would’ve known this so I could have chosen to freeze my eggs when I was younger. I’m only 32 but if I could’ve been diagnosed earlier maybe I would’ve had more options with my fertility. I hope endometriosis will continue to be studied and we will continue to learn more about this disease. Thank you for making this video!

I tried IUI for 11 times and finally got pregnant, but ending up with ectopic pregnancy. When a doctor did surgery on me to remove the partially ruptured fallopian tube, they found out that I got Endometriosis. I did tell lots of doctors about the very serious menstrual pain but they all dismissed it. I wish my condition could be found earlier so that I could move on to IVF earlier. But at the same time I feel relieved that finally my unexplained fertility can be explained.

Will endometriosis and adomyosis impact implantation? Can IVF increase the fertility?

Great video! Exactly what I needed right now. Patients with endometriosis have to go straight to IVF? Is it worth to try IUI first?

Amazing videos as usual. Doesn’t apply to me as far as I know, but helps with understanding.
Do you have any videos about procedures to open one blocked fallopian tubes? Would be interested to know about stories about successful pregnancies after tube is opened (and without IVF).

Thank you for the amazing work you do. I would like to see a video about the relations between being overweight and fertility issues, as I've seen charts claim that the higher weight of the mother, the higher chance of miscarriage.

The difficulty in diagnosing is due to providers being dismissive ! I had painfully periods for my first ever period saw countless doctors and was not diagnosed until 22.

I’m seeing a fertility specialist right now and they totally dismissed me when I asked if it could be the cause of it and said I didn’t need to look into it.

Sigh - maybe there’s a low chance in your personal situation but patients shouldn’t feel dismissed - I wish the doctor explained WHY they feel that way about you

How it’s it controversial, if a endometrioma ruptures and compromises the ovaries that’s it for fertility. Really depends on the stage of endo
