I needed the intro about forgiveness. Also as an avid watcher from the beginning I loved seeing all the family. Gods greatness truly shines in you. You look even better with age. My great grandma lived til she was 101. She used to say that Godly women age slower

I have found that when I need to forgive someone and I’m struggling, I pray for God to bless them. I pray that until the pain and resentment is gone. Then I realize, that at first I was going through the motions, but in the end I really do want God to bless them. That doesn’t mean that I will subject myself to them again because I have had to learn to set boundaries, but I do forgive them. Thank you for talking about this today, Amy. I really appreciate the encouragement every day. 💐
On your potato cakes you can add little flour to mixture to make thicker my grandma used to make these when I was a kid so good

Thank you for the words about forgiveness! Someone hurt me a few days ago and the Lord quickly reminded me to forgive. It's not easy but the Lord is guiding me through it. Even if that person never apologies, I will have peace because I have forgiven and I'm at peace with my heavenly father! Thank you, Amy!

Yes I have a favorite flipper also. It was my Mom's no idea how old it is. I know she had it when I was little and I'm 66. I use it every day, several times a day.

I would have never thought to thicken with potato flakes…genius!! I always add flour. I bet yours are way more flavorful.
I agree chill them first. Also you could have added the breadcrumbs to the mixture instead of coating with it.
I admire your commitment to your faith. In the past I have had some terrible experiences with people who claim they are lead by God. To the extent of feeling so low I’m of no worth and a terrible person. So now I avoid anything to do with religion. I do miss certainly aspects, however I just thought it was the gathering side of things. Not so sure now. Feel like I’m lost, I have now moved from the place I used to live so no longer see those terrible people, no one ever believed me of how these people abused their power never mind the effect it had on my life resulting in cutting everyone and everything off. I now sit here alone and wonder where I went wrong. Those people are still claiming they do Gods work. This is the first time I have ever mentioned it to anyone. I watch you every day you are so inspirational. Xx
I am so sorry to hear of your experience.. unfortunately it happens ....I can share what helped me the most grow with God and my relationship with him ..we moved from Michigan to north Carolina and it was all new...I was away from my groups I was away from my church and everything took time but i resolved okay God i am going to trust you and grow with everything that you want me to do ..I started listening to sermons...read my word...stopped doing some things that were just cultural and realized i did them out of everyone else doing them not what God wanted me to do ..it helped to start fresh ...to trust God and not a church and then when i started becoming involved i was very content on who i was in Christ...not conforming to other people or feeling like I had to fit in ..I just worked on me and shared my gifts..it was much better and it helped shape where I am today. A personal relationship with Jesus is much better than mans..rules..rules are okay i understand why they do them but if you aren't convicted to do them..then don't ;) God has you in a particular place even after all the hurt to make a difference in your life...I am praying for you

It takes time to forgive bad things but when you do it gives you freedom. I watched your older videos and the kids were so little. I don't let people get to me. That's their problem not mine. I got God on my side. Thanks for sharing another great day. I still got to make those cookies. 🙏💙🙏
Growing up my grandma used left over mashed potatoes added eggs and a little breadcrumbs (she cut up bread) in with it salt pepper chopped onion and garlic powder and breaded them in flour and fried them. Called them potato cakes. I bet those cheesy potatoes taste really good.

You can always add a little flour to the potatoes to hold the shape and not be so wet

amy on your plants if bottom leaves start turning yellow please no more water that will kill them faster than not watering i know for a fact that all and be sure not use tape on your plants u can the basket but not the plants i buy pantyhose from dollar tree cut in strip and tie my plants up with though u like to know wishing you and your family a Blessed week 😊❤

Add some minced onion n garlic to potatoe paddies yum and cheese !
Add egg and flour to your potatoes and that will e your binder.

Hi Amy, if you could put some flowers around your cucumber it will help as the flowers on the cucumber are male and female. Bees and others need to pollinate those female flowers to turn them into the cucumbers.
Would that be too much in the pot ?
@@amymaryon you can put them in smaller pots close to them. It can be just one flower plant so pollination can happening.

I never use a thermometer ever for cooking I use a Fork to see if cooked I’ve never had any thing under cooked or over cook and I go by smell. And intuitions

I'm always trying to guess that because he has that like engineer mind and he has one of his sons he's going to be a lot like him😊
@@chrishingson3064 I think Brooklyn would be amazing as an architect. Some engineering knowledge, some design. She's always been a standout for style and smarts, IMO. I have a friend who graduated from Rensselaer for that and it's the perfect career for that skillset.
Engineer :) she may decide to one day.

I have a question? I been seeing you and your family for two years. But did I miss the the video of you talking about ruby passing away. I miss it?
Ruby didn't pass ..over a year and a half ago when my mom was sick and I needed some help ..I had a friend of mine who lived by me take her ..and we were gone for a while when we came back..life was still a bit busy so she kept her and is doing great so we had her stay. Decided Florida city life is not what a hound dog needs ..she spends her days roaming the mountains:)

I want to give you my pancake recipe. It's really good.
2c all purpose flour
4tea baking powder
1tea salt
1/2tea baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1/2 tea vanilla
1/4 c oil
That's it. Mix it all together.
I hope you try it.

@@kathyvp It's been quite a few years since i've made pancakes. You don't want to overstir them do you? Seems when she was stirring, my thought was 'oh no you're stirring too much'. Cause a few lumps is ok in the pancakes, isn't it?
@@karriegress5969 you're correct, a few lumps it's fine, but you must mix all the ingredients thoroughly. I've learned that the best way to achieve fluffy pancakes is to let the batter rest for a bit, like 10 to 15 minutes or so, if you do this even if you over mix it'll be just fine.
Good morning. TRIGGER WARNING: one of best experience with death. I had the greatest experience yesterday. My great aunt, who was 96 yesterday went to be with God and reunite with her immediate family. She has wanted to go see God about 8 years and she finally got her chance. Two weeks ago she started failing. All the family, who wanted, went to go visit her. Yesterday morning, we knew it would day. There were family that were there before us and needed to leave wirh obligations. My sister were able to be on each side of her and just rub her forearms and shoulders. She passed very peacefully and I feel mso happy and at peace and where she wanted to go. I am sorry if this brought back a triggering time in your life. Have a tremendous Tuesday and I will see ya tomorrow

That was a great way to repurpose those potatoes. So much better than throwing them away! My family is not huge on leftovers so I usually put them in individual containers so I can take them for my lunches during the week. I hope your day is going well, see you tomorrow!!❤🙏😎

Cookies look amazing ❤anyone know wot can replace vanilla pudding in the uk? Dont think we have it here.
You can substitute the pudding by using full fat yogurt or sour cream. Consider adding a bit more vanilla extract and sugar to your mixture since this ingredients are pretty plain and you won't be getting that extra vanilla flavor or extra sweetness from the pudding,. I would say about a teaspoon or so of vanilla extract and maybe a few extra tablespoons of sugar. Hope this helps 😊

Good day young lady, I even had to forgive God for the loss of love ones. What part did you play in some situations I've had a lot of people's ask. HOW CAN YOU FORGIVE THAT PERSON I say God wants us to forgive all. You can become so sick physical. Mental and spiritual. Your kid did xyz to you how can you still love him. Because Jesus loves him more then me and all that anger can turn into rage, hate etc. Waste of energy to live in a life of being bitterness.
