However, parents have a huge influence on the development of their children through their formative years and beyond. They obviously did a lot of good with a lot of love and encouragement. Obviously, anyone who achieves what Ed has achieved deserves every bit of praise just for himself. Praising the parents is not taking anything away from Ed who obviously has worked so very very hard to do what he has done. He is a really lovely person.
