My German Sheppard Baren hates any kind of water except his 5 gallon bucket! He wont even eat an ice cube in 90° weather! He only gets a bath when it rains! He merely tolerates the snow. 😶

I was also wondering...Is he a police dog and was just off duty? And what a nice big pool you have there! I'd give anything to have one in my backyard right now with this brutal heatwave going on! I'm in Northwest Florida right in the middle of it! Thank You for sharing the video, and God Bless this pup and owners.
I always wanted one of these. This is the first time I’ve ever seen one set up and full. Usually you only see the smaller round ones. The dog is cute BTW. He wasn’t sure about jumping in but once he got the hang of it he was “all in!!”
Given how smart and obedient Shepherds are, he knew how to get up, he was just waiting for dad to say it’s ok. That’s why he’s barking. “Dad! Pool, Dad! I like the pool; I got my jacket on and everything! Stop teasing, dude!”
What a beautiful pool and such a wonderful video he absolutely loves it. I wish we had one for our dog like that. She's a shepherd as well, and she just loves the water ....💙thank you so much for sharing🩷😁

We had a Germie that Loved swimming, as well as digging giant rocks out of the river. Had to keep a life vest on him, bc he didn’t notice fatigue.
