The liner notes on the soundtrack LP had Paul Shaffer playing tacked piano on this track. So back in `73 I just had to give it a try. My mom freaked when I first hit all the keys, with a thumb tack in every hammer striking the strings. Took about an hour to install them all on our 1928 Cable upright. Great ragtime sound though for a few days.
If you look closely at the lyrics, they are actually really good. If you changed the flirtatious part to a warning part, this would be better (particularly for the play version).
