How did you fit the reel to use that? I'm not sure that could be done with Euro's or Acme's. Looks great, though. Well thought out, nice work.
Drilled hole then taped euro thread into that.

@@WindowCleanerBloke No, the hose reel. The speed makes it get hotter on the shaft. It will start to melt. I've had that issue with putting long thin hose on garden reels, They don't get to cool down like they normally would with thicker shorter hoses on them.
Oh OK Although (think could do this a bit slower. Drill speed )but it's easier then winding by hand.
Im fed up of seeing all these stupid ideas.......build a proper business that helps ya buy the proper kit...it looks naff and customers will think ya a joke turning up with these half baked ideas
@@razorryan1789 if you actually took the time to view some of his other ideas you would see they are all mainly cost effective methods of achieving the same results as some of the newer tools, on a budget. I do agree in using professional tools to appear more professional to customers but many modern professional innovations can be expensive and don't always work properly out of the box anyway. Herman has modified older tools to achieve the same results so that people can work safer/faster and then buy new tools if desired. He has been cleaning for many years and mainly creates modifications to existing tools to help with RSI as us windys age. He is creative and gives back more than many others to our industry.
What have you given to the industry in way of ideas?

@@oakleywindowcleaning why so angry bro? Most of Hermans mod's are to do with squeegee's, WFP brushes and water supply. He is just an old windy that likes to share what he is doing. I think he mentioned using a slower speed on the drill to wind it in if needed.
Some of his modifications are to assist people with low/no budget for new tools that do not have the dexterity or strength to perform tasks that we take for granted.
Useless to some, valuable to many.
Others are to reduce RSI by changing the way tools work (such as his mod to the wagtail discs).
All he is doing is trying to help people, instead of putting them down.
